- "Quiet and accessible to everything." - "The standout feature of our visit was certainly the exceptional service. The reception and the breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. However, it’s worth noting that the room we were in, the layout was quite strange and not as functional as we have hoped. Some areas felt cramped, and certain furniture placements made it difficult to navigate comfortably. Additionally, we found the street noise to be disruptive, particularly during the night. While this is often a factor in city hotels, we were hoping for better soundproofing considering the price point. If you are sensitive to noise, we would recommend requesting a room away from the street. Overall, it was a good 2 night stay , considering the excellent staff and the proximity of the hotel to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and alike."

This place is actually quite clean, and conveniently located in an area with lots of shopping and restaurants. The only flaws this place has is the lack of hot water, no elevator, and they only make-up your room if you ask. Other than that, the internet is fast, cable selection was good, and the fact that it's clean more than make up for it's flaws. Overall would definitely stay again."

- "Supervisor was kind enough to upgrade my room. Bathroom wasn't as clean though, initial water flow from the sink and shower was yellow. Water pressure was low. Water closet has stains. They didn't clean the room daily. Staff told me it should be upon request which is not a hotel standard. Blanket was just a flat sheet. Elevator wasn't working but you can ask the staff to bring the luggages up and down. Place is acceptable but there are a lot of better options at a lower price (if it's not peak season). Booked this hotel because of its free cancellation option. Other hotels were fully booked too because our stay was during the Masskara festival. Staff were generally nice but more can be improved on the facilities. They only serve plated breakfast with the room, only one option per day. Coffee is not included in the free breakfast. There's also water refilling station. The popular Chicken House is just a stone's throw from the place. "
