However, it’s worth noting that the room we were in, the layout was quite strange and not as functional as we have hoped. Some areas felt cramped, and certain furniture placements made it difficult to navigate comfortably. Additionally, we found the street noise to be disruptive, particularly during the night. Elevator wasn't working but you can ask the staff to bring the luggages up and down. Place is acceptable but there are a lot of better options at a lower price (if it's not peak season). Booked this hotel because of its free cancellation option. Other hotels were fully booked too because our stay was during the Masskara festival. Staff were generally nice but more can be improved on the facilities. They only serve plated breakfast with the room, only one option per day. Coffee is not included in the free breakfast.
