The front desk staff was kind and attentive and upgraded our room based on the mobility limitations of one guest in a wheel chair. Housekeeping staff helped with bags and the restaurant staff lifted the wheel chair up several stairs and into the restaurant every day for meals. Five stars for service. Food at the restaurant was great and the atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. I will certainly return and stay at the Punta Bulata Resort again and will recommend the place to family and friends."

However, initially, I said there were 3 adults and three children ages 12, 17, and 17. Moreover, I messaged the property that we were going to have 4 adults and 3 children. I figured that the property claimed it could handle eight so adding one shouldn’t be a problem. However, when we arrived at the property, the room we were given was a small room, had one queen bed and one small day bed. It could hardly accommodate our party. I complained to manager at the desk who didn’t believe That I booked that room. I showed her the write in Expedia and she took a picture of it with her phone. She insisted I booked the room we were given and that there was a charge for our extra adult. I said that room would not work so she gave us a slightly larger room and brought in small beds for the floor for, charged my card 4 k p. Mind you, the ad said free breakfast, but we would have to pay for the extra persons’s breakfast but the following day, we were only given five free breakfasts saying that it wasn’t the number of booked guests but the number of beds we were given, which was 5. Therefore we would have to pay for two breakfasts. Again, I spoke with the desk about the discrepancy in breakfast but no finally. To my way of thinking this was a scam, the false advertising on Expedia of the sleeps 8."

These fees are collected by the building administration, and the administration office is conveniently located by the pool area
