Staff did not inform us until we asked her, because the hotel had only 6 rooms occupied. Is that our problem? Even if there was only 1 room occupied, breakfast has to be served since it was promised when booking was made. Again, no 'sorry'. Room was not made up and towels were not replaced. We had to ask for fresh towels and waited for nearly an hour. We had to call the front desk to remind her that we are still waiting for the towels."
