- "Very nice and friendly place. " - "This was a cute hotel with an excellent restaurant. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke English well. Both dinner and breakfast ere excellent. The rooms were a good size with ample closet space. It was only a short and easy 15 minutes to the ski hill. The shower had the highest water pressure of anywhere I have stayed in Europe. My only minor complaints would be that the bed was too hard and the wifi signal was weak, but we would stay there again."

It's an automated check in and when the system encountered problems, we had to make so many calls to fix the check in problems, and again lots of calls to get the right codes for the room. One should be prepared to have a phone & enough battery so you can make phone calls as there is no reception for check in. Also this happened to us around 6 pm so luckily someone picked the phone after a few tries. Not sure what would have happned if we had check in much later. The staff during breakfast were very helpful. Decent breakfast choices. Walking distance to Badeparadies. A few minutes walk from station (had to go around cuz there's no direct path) Seilpark which is at the hotel was good. Family room is very spacious and includes balcony. Had a separate room that we can close off for privacy which is perfect. Does not have air-conditioning but during our stay it was cold enough at night so we slept fine. "
