The "Am Seebach" vacation apartment is a cozy little apartment in beautiful Titisee. Just a ten-minute walk from the lakeshore, you can spend a few relaxing days in the Upper Black Forest as a couple, a small family or a group of friends.

Our vacation apartment is perfect for nature lovers, with hiking trails right on the doorstep, a lake for swimming, ski lifts and cross-country ski trails just a few minutes' drive away, or if the weather is not so good, the bathing paradise with thermal baths, sauna and fun pool is also just a 15-minute walk away.

Even if it is too hot in summer, the Black Forest (Titisee is over 800m above sea level) offers a good retreat from the sultry heat.

My mother, who manages the apartment, has spent (almost) her whole life here and can give lots of tips, especially when it comes to hiking trails and beautiful places in nature.

Restaurants, cafés, swimming pool, mini golf, pedal boat hire and small grocery stores are all within walking distance by the lake, but for larger purchases and more choice you have to take a ten-minute car/bus ride to Neustadt.

If you fancy a bit more city life and hustle and bustle, you can be in Freiburg in 40 minutes on the half-hourly train. There is a very beautiful old town, the cathedral worth seeing, a huge selection of delicious restaurants and many cozy pubs to explore. (Titisee train station is about a 10-minute walk away).

The center of the apartment "Am Seebach" is the open living/dining room with large windows and a view of the greenery.

The highlight is the large tiled stove with stove bench, which is cozy and warm in winter.

When it's warm, you can have breakfast or read a book on the terrace in front of the house.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. It is possible to add another single bed for a sixth person on request.

The kitchen is very well equipped, dishwasher, microwave, spacious fridge and a good selection of cooking utensils invite you to cook.

Our house is located in the rural district of Schwärzenbach at an altitude of 1,080 metres. In a few minutes by car from the idyllic village area you are at the lively and vibrant Titisee. The flat is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance with terrace and sunbathing lawn. It is fully equipped. In the bedroom you have satellite TV, in the living room satellite TV, video recorder, CD player, stereo system with cassette recorder. In the living room there are 2 very good wall folding beds, so that the flat can be occupied by 4 people and a child. You can access the Internet via WLAN. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is a children's room adjoining the bedroom for your toddler. The cot can also be exchanged for an extra bed if required. A high chair is of course available. The last renovation took place this year. The bathroom and the bedroom have been completely renovated.

The Schneckenhäusle is located 900 m high in a beautiful forest and meadow location and is a ski and hiking home of the ESG Frankonia Karlsruhe. The house used to be a barrier keeper cottage and Mrs. Schneck was the barrier keeper. Hence the term Schneckenhäusle.

The apartment has a separate entrance, parquet flooring as well as garden furniture and a grill on the terrace. It has a separate kitchen. In the living room, there is a dining area for 4 people with direct access to the terrace, a sofa bed, a TV as well as games and books. The bedroom has a large double bed and a closet. The bathroom has a shower, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, toilet and sink.

The space
Our apartment is not far from the center in the Reichenbachtal in Neustadt overlooking meadows and forest. In 10 minutes you are on foot in the city; to the train station in 15 minutes, from where you can travel free of charge by train and bus in the Black Forest with the Konus card. Via a footpath you are 5 minutes away from the nearest water treading point or the nearby spa garden or the ice pond with playground and in winter on the sled slope as well as on the cross-country ski trail. Titisee and the Badeparadies are 6 km away by car.
In the apartment with separate kitchen, a microwave, Cremesso coffee maker with coffee capsules, kettle, stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, detergent, etc., are available; as well as a small sitting area.
In the living room there is a dining area for 4 people with direct access to the terrace, a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. An armchair, a TV, a radio CD player, as well as books. The bedroom has a large double bed and a closet. In the hallway there is also a wardrobe, iron, ironing board. The bathroom has a shower, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, toilet and sink.
The apartment has a separate entrance, parquet flooring as well as garden furniture and a grill on the terrace. In the garden there are two swings that are also available for your children. A children's travel bed and a children's highchair are available.

The space
A magnificent newly renovated apartment on the ground floor (40m²) with covered terrace to the south side - ideal in summer for a quiet outdoor breakfast. The perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday for two / four. The cozy living room with sofa bed and a dining table; SATELLITE TV, flat screen TV.

In the house, we have a sauna. With the key from the apartment you can lock the sauna in the basement of the house from the inside and use it just for you.
The use of the sauna costs for 20 minutes = 1 euro.
For this, 1 euro coin must be thrown in. Other payment methods are not possible.

Other things to note
1. The Konus guest card! With the Konus guest card you have free travel throughout the Black Forest! Whether from Freiburg to Feldberg or from Titisee to the first world's largest cuckoo clock in Schonach - with the Konus card, you often go by bus and train free of charge during your stay.
Upon your arrival, you will receive the Konus card from us directly. It is provided with the CONE symbol and therefore valid directly as a ticket.

2. A local tourist tax of €3.50 per person ( adults ), 1.60€ for children and teenagers (from 6 years) and Nach will be charged on site. Tourist Tax needs to be paid upon arrival. It would be nice if you had the amount suitable.

3. In addition, you will receive a "check-in form" before your arrival, with the request to return it completed in a timely manner. With the quick check-in, you can fill out your registration form, which must be registered for overnight guests according to the Federal Reporting Act, online right away. By filling out the registration form in advance, you can avoid waiting time upon arrival and enjoy your vacation in the Black Forest from the first minute.
