The room was large and comfortable but has no AC only one electric fan. The room was very hot. We had to close the windows because airplanes flying over the house. However, it is very convenient if you need to fly the next day, airport is only 5-10 mins away. You will share a bathroom with another room, but that was not a problem. The host were very kind and pleasant. we did not use any of the kitchen amenities. We only stayed for 1 night. There is not parking in the house for the guess, you must find a parking somewhere in the street. We were lucky to find one in from of the house. "

The Flat has two balconies including garden table and BBQ-Grill, its own laundry room including a new laundry machine and dryer. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. Please note that for the months June, July and August there will be construction works on the outside of the building. Since I don't know about the noise I recommend not to book with me if you need to sleep long in the morning . My home is very close to the Airport and the Airport very well connected to the rest of Switzerland and only 12 minutes by train from Zurich downtown. There are supermarkets close by. You share the main entrance with us homeowners. We live on the upper floor and your apartment is on the ground floor. It has a separate entrance, which is marked with a welcome sign.

Your accommodation does not have a kitchen, but a narrow kitchenette with a small induction hotplate, two pans, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (Nespresso), a toaster, cutlery and dishes. Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea bags and Nespresso capsules as well as sugar and milk are available.

In the dining room, there is a small fridge (with freezer compartment) filled with food, so that it is enough for a first, simple breakfast.
The dining table is extendable and therefore large enough so that you can also set up a workplace.

The living room area consists of a niche sofa with side table, TV, rocking chair and reading corner.

In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm double bed. The room offers a quiet and relaxing ambiance.

Our apartment is located close to Zurich Airport and can be expected accordingly with a certain sound level at takeoffs and landings, although the planes do not flight directly above the house.

Within 500 meters there are numerous shops and several restaurants. Bus and tram stops are nearby and it takes less than 15 minutes to Zurich center.
