We are very welcome to nature and culture lovers because we are ideally located for hiking and cycling in the vineyards, in the Taubergießen and in the Black Forest. Colmar is 35 kilometers away and the nearest airport Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden can be reached in 66 km. In Herbolzheim itself, there is a train station. From here, excursions into the region can also be undertaken and Herbolzheim belongs to the Freiburger Verkehrs AG network. You can travel from Herbolzheim to the Black Forest with a day ticket. In 10 minutes you will also be in one of the most beautiful wine regions of Germany. The Markgräfler Land and the Kaiserstuhl are not only called the Tuscany of Germany but are a perfect excursion destination with countless hiking and biking trails. This apartment is located in the middle of the vineyards in a quiet location. These invite you to take walks as well as extended hikes. Shopping is a 3-minute drive away. Many excursion destinations, also with children, are easily accessible from here! We bought this house in 2012 and rebuilt and renovated it again and again with a lot of our own work and love. Now we have furnished the one-room apartment into this wonderful apartment for you. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do 😊

Whether hiking, biking, golfing, Europa-Park, Alsace, Black Forest, or simply everything or nothing at all, from the Hasenbau you are at your destination in a few minutes! We are happy to organize your shuttle if you arrive by train or bus and take care of example, booking a golf tee time, a SC Freiburg game, a wine or whiskey tasting or a movie or theater visit. In our clearly furnished Scandinavian, very cozy apartments, you will feel comfortable from the first moment. Private Senseo machine, fridge and breakfast equipment. Enjoy the sunset on the covered terrace or by the pool, or take a walk through the beautiful vineyards: two circular hiking trails start practically right in front of our house.
The communal kitchen is fully equipped, and a table grill/TeppanYaki is also available for grilling on the balcony.
Electro-sensitive guests will appreciate the option of sleeping without radiation, plus there are excellent mattresses and the pleasant smell of the pine wood floor. Incomparably relaxing...

You are welcome to use the shared kitchen. We ask you to leave the kitchen as you would like to find it. Each apartment has an extra hotel refrigerator as well as a dinette, Senseo machine and breakfast equipment. A table grill/TeppanYaki is also available. A dishwasher is available in the shared kitchen. The use of the washing machine and dryer is free of charge for stays of 4 nights or more, otherwise in summer from 7 am - 5 pm (winter from 9 am - 4 pm) €4 per load, in the other periods €6 per load. Please do not block the machine with washed laundry.

We are at your disposal with excursion tips or restaurant recommendations, etc.! In case you want to do a wine, whiskey or gin tasting, we will arrange the appointment for you. For golfers: Arranging tee times at the surrounding clubs, arranging introductory courses.

Our bio-design pool can be used by our guests all year round, but is not heated. Its 13 meters blend organically into the landscape and invite you to relax and unwind. It is a very special experience due to the incorporation of several kilograms of healing gemstones, rose quartz, amethyst and rock crystal which have a positive effect on the body. Please use the outdoor shower before each swim (no soaps/shower gel!!) as we clean the pool with salt water and do not use chlorine. Also, access is only permitted with clean and suitable swimwear. We ask for your attention! Sauna: You can book the sauna house for yourself. 3 hours cost 20 euros. Please note that only authorized persons have access. Children are to be instructed in this regard.
