Die in 2013 neu erstellte, mit drei Sternen klassifizierte Ferienwohnung bietet Ihnen einen genussvollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in behaglichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Räumen. Es erwartet Sie eine großzügige 2-Zimmer Wohnung (58 qm), helle und lichtvolle Räume, eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche mit vielen Extras inkl. Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Tischwäsche. Kostenlos stehen Ihnen Essig, Oel, viele Gewürze, Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung. Bei Bedarf erhalten Sie Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner. Der große (18 qm) umlaufende Balkon mit lauschigen Plätzen lädt ein zum Erholen - genießen Sie das Frühstück oder in der Abendsonne ein Glas Wein der hiesigen Winzer. Sie sind bei uns umgeben von Feld, Wald und Wiese. Auch Kinder und Hunde sind herzlich willkommen! Pferde, ein Hund und Katzen leben direkt am Haus. Ihre Extras: Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusiv, eine umfangreiche Spielesammlung, ein Flachbild-TV mit DVD Player, DVD`s, gut sortierte Bücher für kleine und große Menschen, kostenfreies W-lan. Eine kleinkindgerechte Einrichtung (u.a. Dreirad, Tripp Trapp, Spiele, Puzzles, Fläschchenwärmer, Töpfchen, Kindergeschirr etc. Für die Sicherheit gibt es Steckdosenschutz in allen Zimmern. Kinder bis 4 Jahre sind kostenfrei! Viele liebevolle Details warten darauf zu Ihrem Wohlbefinden beizutragen. Auf Wunsch Gemüse und Obst aus dem eigenen Garten nach Saison, frische Kräuter und eigene Marmelade. Hier können Sie was erleben! Geniessen Sie Tagesausflüge in den Europa-Park (13 Minuten) oder zahlreiche andere Aktivitäten im näheren Umkreis. Z.B. Waldklettergarten Bombach, bummeln Freiburg, ein Ausflug in den Steinwasenpark. Erleben Sie Kunst und Kultur in Basel, Strasbourg und Colmar. Oder vielleicht mit der Seilbahn auf den Schauinsland? Skifahren auf dem Feldberg? Sehenswert ist auch die Hochkönigsburg im nahen Elsass. Einen 18- und 9- Loch Golfplatz erreichen Sie in 5 Minuten; ebenso das beheizte Schwimmbad in Herbolzheim; 2 Baggerseen in näherer Umgebung. Im nahegelegenen Kinzigtal erwarten Sie weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein ausgedehntes Wanderwegegebiet wartet auf Erkundungen, auch gibt es sehr gut ausgebaute Radwege. Die Mountainbiker kommen nicht zu kurz! Romantische Bootsfahrten können Sie im Naturschutzgebiet Taubergießen genießen. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit vielseitiger Küche befindet sich in der Nähe. Unser "Hausberg", der Prophet, lädt ein mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen, Blick in die Rheinebene und Vogesen. Für die vierbeinigen Gäste ist mit Spaziergängen oder Tageswanderungen direkt ab Haus bestens gesorgt. Pro Hund werden 5 Euro pro Tag berechnet. Sie sind herzliche willkommen auf dem Rosenhof!
Ferienwohnung auf dem Bauernhof mit 55qm für maximal 4 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (2m), gemütliche Sitzecke und großzügigem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Das Fußende der Betten ist offen, ein Kinderbett kann auf Wunsch zugestellt werden. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, haben Sie Zugang zum 18qm großen Balkon, der mit einer Essecke und zwei Relaxsesseln ausgestattet ist. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch (1,60m), ein Flachbild-TV mit DVD Player, Bücher für Groß und Klein, Spielsachen, DVDs sowie eine Spielesammlung. Auch von hier aus haben Sie Zugang zum Balkon. Der Essbereich ausgestattet mit einer komplett eingerichteten Einbauküche, inklusive Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Fläschchenwärmer, Wasserkocher, Kindergeschirr, Thermoskanne und Essgeschirr für sechs Personen. Tee und Kaffee, viele Gewürze, Essig und Öl stehen kostenlos zur Vefügung! Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit Dusche und WC (mit Kindersitz), Töpfchen, Kinderhocker, Haarfön und Handtüchern. W-Lan wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen können auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Auch eine Waschmaschinen- und Trocknerbenutzung ist möglich. Kinder und Hunde sind uns sehr willkommen! Katzen auch! Für Hunde berechnen wir 5 Euro pro Tag.
