- "A stop-over whilst visiting Puy du Fou parc. A positive experience all round. Our room was lovely but if being a little picky it was in the eves of the roof of the building and so was very dark - which actually would have been cosy in the winter but on a summer's day.... Restaurant was just too formal and the lights in the dining room way too bright. The food was certainly gourmet but in a funny way it would have worked better if it was less stuffy and arguably more contemporary - a wee bit old-fashioned 'classic' French cuisine which many love but as a family dining experience we felt was too formal."

The receptionist was very welcoming and showed us around which was helpful. The staff in the bar were attentive and the food was really good. Our room was fine however being on the ground floor we couldn’t leave our patio door open overnight and it was so hot with no air conditioning unfortunately. So as well as being hot the mattress was too hard so our sleep was quite disturbed. That being said, we enjoyed our stay, used the thalasso pool and had drinks on the terrace watching the sun go down. An enjoyable stay in the main."
