- "You get what you pay for. This Hotel isn't the most modern, in fact it needs a bit of T&C BUT it's EXCELLENT value for money and the location is simply unbeatable. The A/C and Fans all worked well. No problems with Fridge/Microwave or shower/toilet. Everything was fine. You need to have a bit of tolerance to local noise because being right in the middle of Airlie means you can hear all of the nightclubs and bars around you at night but it wasn't a huge issue in my opinion and if you want to stay in the middle of Airlie, you are choosing to be in the middle of the night life. You can spend 4x the amount somewhere else more modern and if that's what you need, then OK but I will be coming back to Whitsunday On The Beach again in the future."
