- "We were allocated Compass Point 4 which was a one bedroom apartment style property. It was so cool because the property came with a golf buggy which we picked up at the airport. The accommodation was on a hill with beautiful sunset views. It was spacious and clean and contained a BBQ and kitchen which made cooking in very easy. You will have access to the whole apartment, and will also be able to use any of the resort facilities. This includes a coin laundry nearby, there are two pools onsite, both with the view of the foreshore. The main pool is on reception level, and this is where the 'Anchor Bar' is located, this is one of the locals favorite places to relax with live music on weekends and great atmosphere.
This apartment is the studio side of a twin key apartment, there is a locked adjoining door to the 1 bedroom side, and can be let as two bedroom depending on availability.

Other things to note
Your apartment is located at the Whitsunday Terraces Resort, which is a 3 start resort located in town, so most things are in easy walking distance. The wide sea views you enjoy from this apartment do require you to head uphill after being out, but the short exercise is worth it. Gorgeous waterfront walks, and Airlie Beach lagoon are also close by. Public transport is also accessible 500m away. The airport bus will drop and collect you at the resort.

Located only one street back from the beach, you will enjoy cool coastal breezes while relaxing in your fully self contained apartment.

The space
Fully self contained apartment close to the beach in beautiful breezy Bowen.
A full size kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for 3.

There is 2 comfy beds - a Queen and a single, a sofa and a TV.

Air-Conditioned bedroom and there are ceiling fans in the bedroom and the living area.

The ensuite has clean and spacious shower, vanity basin and toilet.

Parking is available directly in front of the apartment

One street back from the heart of Airlie Beach and the beautiful Whitsundays!.
A 5 minute stroll to our community swimming lagoon, fabulous restaurants, shopping and night life!
Also I own 3 birds they do not bite (Dove) and friendly.
I do keep my place extremely clean, but they are birds!
If you are scared of birds or have a issue with the odd bird dropping, please choose other accommodation as I would rather your stay in the Whitsundays be pleasant.

The space
My apartment I offer to share is very clean, colourful and I am told by many very homey.
Your bedroom has a brand new queen size bed, fridge, wardrobe, shelving and luggage stand.
Clean sheets and towels.
Your bedroom door is lockable from inside .
There is only one bathroom and shower in this apartment, so it is communal so please be respectful of this

You will have free access to wi-fi throughout the house for your own device. You are most welcome to make full use of the kitchen to cook meals.
If you need to do laundry I do provide a washing machine and washing line.

Your accommodation is in a very safe area of Airlie Beach.
You will find the locals are very friendly and helpful.

There are local bus connections a 2min stroll from your accommodation.
A 10 to 15 min walk to both Able Point marina and Port of Airlie marina.
If you have your own car I provide a car space for you off the street directly under the building

The space
This privately owned apartment is situated within a small complex and has a modern design with Free WIFI, Flat screen televisions, BBQ, Private parking and a swimming pool. The kitchen is self-contained and well equipped with a Stove, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Kitchenware. The Laundry includes both Washing machine and Dryer, and guest amenities such as Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hairdryer, Beach and Bath towels are also included to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note
The Beach and Lagoon pool is about 400 meters from the unit.
Port of Airlie is off to the right on the main street where you can catch the ferry to Hamilton Island or Day Dream Island. Enjoy a lovely walk along the boardwalk to Coral Sea Marina.
A short drive to Cedar Creek Falls which boasts a lovely freshwater creek and waterfall.
