- "Check in was easy and the onsite managers were super helpful and friendly. Onsite secure parking was a plus. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (room 33 on the third level). The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The only downside was no air conditioning in the bedrooms but we just closed all the doors and let the air con from the living area flow in. It did have ceiling fans too. Ensuite bathroom was very small but all we needed for our two night stay. Main bathroom was huge and had a spa bath. Balconies were roomy and stretched across the entire apartment. Pool was a good size and had BBQ amenities. Overall a fabulous apartment that suited our needs to attend a concert at Sandstone Point. Would definitely stay again!"

This fantastic, water-front, ground floor unit offers spacious living and dining areas, overlooking Pumicestone Passage and has been recently completely refurbished. It has stunning views and a fantastic, huge park, adjoining the water, right across the street.

The boat ramp just one minutes' drive away, & shops a 75 metre walk. You'll have a wonderful relaxing stay in this neat sizeable 2 Bedroom unit. We are right across the passage (3 mins drive) from the Sandstone Point Hotel.

Our unit is in a really beautiful area, that is safe for families and kids night and day. People around here are friendly, and you'll find shopping, eating, just getting around a pleasant experience. It's only a few minutes drive to any of the great spots on Bribie Island. 45 mins to Brisbane Airport, 55 mins to Brisbane city, 30 mins to Australia Zoo, and not much more to the Sunshine Coast. Gold Coast about a 85-90 min drive.

The huge (4 Km long) park, right across the road has great bike/walking tracks, awesome kids playground, free Gym points, free BBQs, shelters and tables, fishing spots and room to run, play, kick a football etc.

We have air-conditioned the unit, but as it is warm in our nice Queensland Winters and cool and breezy in Summer, it is rarely needed. There are fans in all rooms and portable heaters, if you really need them.

Roomy two bedroom fully equipped apartment in nice quiet area. Only about 50mts to the waterfront and great for safe swimming. There is a walking path that follows the passage for kilometers along the waterfront. The supermarket and mall with chemists, doctors, liquor store, hairdressers, baker and newsagent are only 300mts arounder the corner. There are two excellent golf courses on the island about 5ks away. Plenty of choices for dining with restaurants nearby and the Bribie Bowls Club 500mts down the waterfront which is excellent for dinner and drinks and watch the beautiful sunsets over the water. The big Bribie Island RSL is 1.5ks down the road. Plenty to do for the whole family.

- "The property itself was amazing in a beautiful location. So lovely, clean, modern and homely couldn’t fault it. You can see the home owner takes a lot of pride in their home and they should because it was just lovely. I was initially confused after booking through Stayz I received an email from the Real Estate Agent saying they had to charge me more (another $22 extra) than what Stayz stipulated I owed for the remaining amount. They said this was due to a booking fee charged by Stayz and that I also had to pay that despite this not being in any information sent to me by Stayz so I had to pay this extra to the Real Estate. This should be made clear on Stayz App at the time of booking. Not be told by an Agent later I had to pay more. Apart from that the staff at First National were lovely to deal with and very welcoming when I picked up and dropped off key. Thank you again."

The space
As soon as you open the door you will notice the thoughtful touches through the open plan living, dining and kitchen.

There is a large dining table with seating for 6 for dinners and board games, or put your feet up in the living area and enjoy the streaming services we offer on our large LED smart TV. There are also toys, books, colouring in, puzzles and card games to keep any member of the family entertained throughout your stay. You’ll be comfortable all year with two ceiling fans and a reverse cycle air conditioner in this open area.

The full-sized kitchen has been generously equipped with appliances and utensils to enjoy cooking in this home away from home. Extra appliances include pressure cooker and slow cooker for easy mealtimes. We also provide platters and picnicware so you can enjoy your snacks around the Island too!

The two bedrooms are down the hallway with a hall door for noise reduction from the open plan living area with families in mind. Both bedrooms have roller blinds, ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioners for a comfortable sleep year round.
