Within meters is a beautiful walkway along the Pumicestone Passage to ride or wander.

Our two bedroom surf flat offers the ambience of being beachside whilst the comforts of home. We want to share our little bit of paradise with you, so you can take time out to relax and unwind. We are located at Woorim (surf side) within a 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to shops, surfclubs, bars, pubs and restaurants. We cater for kids as well as babies (porta cot available). The flat is fully furnished with full working kitchen and appliances, tv, washing machine and wifi.

The space
This is a small building - Unit 1 upstairs is our own apartment and there are two apartments downstairs. Unit 3 is fully self contained for your use and is fully fenced off from the other downstairs apartment (Unit 2) which has a permanent tenant.

It's a light and breezy open plan living/dining/kitchen space, with a comfy sofa in the lounge (plus ceiling fan) and a choice of areas to eat meals (inside or front or back covered patios). We've recently added a large air conditioning unit too - you won't need it much - guaranteed sea breezes and fans should be enough - but it is available.

The apartment has front and back yards, a carport for your vehicle and room on the driveway for a second vehicle or boat (tandem).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: full fridge/freezer, microwave, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, saucepans, tea and coffee making facilities, coffee plunger (BYO favourite plunger coffee or use instant coffee or teas supplied), toaster, sandwich press. (Note: we don't have a dishwasher - but you won't miss it!)

The main bedroom has a King-sized bed (plus ceiling fan and large built-in robe) and the second bedroom has two single beds (plus storage and ceiling fan).

The bathroom has a new modern vanity and toilet and a shower recess. The laundry has a washing machine and tub and there's a clothesline

Bongaree Villa is a well equipped, 2 bedroom Villa. Combined open plan lounge dining and kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped with full size fridge, oven and microwave. Both bedrooms have a fan, plenty of build in robe space and the lounge area has reverse cycle air-con which cools/heats the complete villa.

Getting around the local area , we are a short walk to the foreshore which you will find cafes, shops and beautiful parks along the Bongaree foreshore.
If you have push bikes you can cycle your way around the island and explore the area at your leisure.
We are a short drive to Sandstone Point the award winning Sandstone Hotel, or you can walk from Bongeree over the Bribie Bridge.
Feel like being adventurous hit the beach 4 x 4 woorim and explore the national park and beach driving.
