- "Overall the property is nice with an excellent breakfast but cleanliness and staff were disappointing and unfriendly. Check-in took a very long time, we had to sit for 20 min. before we got our key, hairs in the bathroom and one really big tuft of hair on the shower wall. Staff at breakfast were grumpy, tables were not cleaned and set to be seated for new guests so we sat down at a table with tableware and napkins and got a wave and bad reply from the waiter (apparently those tables were meant for lunch already). We felt like we were not welcome at breakfast."

- "Stayed here with my wife and her 2 kids. We real enjoyed staying here. Staff are great. Food good. Pools are great too. Although a little bit of up keep around the pool would be good. Some of the edges starting to look rough but nothing serious to complain about. Odd rules about pool towels having to leave deposit in cash not credit/debit cards. We thought a bit odd. Used the tennis court each day. We were supplied with balls and even a couple of spare rackets so we could all play.(no charge) same with table tennis which was nice. All in all very good. - "From the moment I arrived at reception to check in, the main goal of the staff was to get extra money out of me. The room I had booked wasn’t ready because they were very busy but I could have an upgrade for an extra €40 per night and that room was ready so I accepted as we were tired and hungry. Parking was available, but there was a charge. Again I accepted. There was a charge for the dogs even though they did not provide ANYTHING for them. Again I accepted. Our suite had a safe but yes, you’ve guessed it, there was a charge. You could get a towel for the pool from reception but you had to give them your credit card details. Overall I was completely disappointed. The hotel is too big and impersonal and it was not my cup of tea"

- "This is where the Spanish go on their holidays! Despite a series of issues, we had a very enjoyable (but hot) stay. The hotel and rooms were immaculate,a/c efficient, everything was very clean and attended to, the staff were very accommodating and attentive, even with our limited Spanish.The food was exceptional and a special mention should go the fish/meat/omelette/crepe grill staff who worked tirelessly to cook the freshest food - I would love a fish grill man at home! I have never known such an extensive, high quality all inclusive resort and I have travelled extensively.Breakfasts at peak time were best avoided as it was just sheer madness and I felt for the staff, but they were superb. Please leave them a tip before you go! And a special mention has to go to Moises on reception for upgrading us to the most marvelous sunset view accommodation and topped it off with a bottle of chilled fizz to enjoy on our huge terraces. Very much appreciated. Maybe next time our Spanish will be good enough to join in group activities and more entertainment. Very comfy beds - had some of the best sleep in ages. Amazed that such quality branded drinks are AI too. Thank you to everyone who made the English family welcome."
