So easy and convenient, especially since we were in Old Town!" - "The location of the Hotel is excellent. The rooms are spotless and well maintained. Our one criticism is that the breakfast is poorly organised. i.e the butter and jam should be next to the bread, the 'hot food' area should be signposted as it is tucked away from the main breakfast area. We had booked 3 breakfasts not realising that on the weekend it started later. Due to our early departure time on the Sunday we were not able to have a breakfast. Our request for a refund was refused and instead we were offered a picnic at 07.30 am which was certainly very poor value for the money the breakfast had cost. "
