The space
The house has all the amenities to enjoy a few days by the sea. It is in a privileged location, quiet but close to all kinds of services (restaurants, supermarkets, bakery ...). It is not "in the middle of nowhere" and you don't need a car to move around. The beach can be reached in a couple of minutes on foot.
You can feel and see the sea from the house.

It can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Our house has all the essentials and everything can be used by the guests.
The ground floor has a bedroom with a single bed, a small toilet without shower. Kitchen and living room. Upstairs you will find the other 3 bedrooms, one en-suite bedroom and the main bathroom. One twin bedroom. One bedroom with one bed

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, toaster, mixer, coffee machine .... The living room has a comfortable reading area and another area for watching TV. Outside, you have a private terrace where you can enjoy your dinner outside or a siesta in the garden. Outside shower.
It is interesting to note that the orientation of the house is "al socaire del levante" which means that both the house and the garden are more protected from the wind that occasionally makes its appearance on this coast.

Parking: As we are so close to the beach we have put a permanent ford to avoid parking difficulties.

Garden: We have a gardener who usually comes on Mondays.
Supermarket 5 minutes away, shops and restaurants both on the promenade and on the first beach 5 minutes away.
A reliable person is offered for cleaning and housework. 10euros per hour.
We have the possibility to offer and put you in contact with surf schools for private or group lessons. Experience recommended for adults and children.
