Room and private bathroom completely renovated, with independent entrance, 7 minutes walk to the beach in a very quiet urbanization, with access to the garden and pool of the villa. From the garden there is a breathtaking view of the ocean and mountain.

The space
It is a room integrated into a house, with independent entrance with key and private bathroom. It has a large terrace with table and chairs at the door and access to garden and pool at the same level that has a stunning view. The area is very quiet and close to supermarkets, beach and bus stop.

Guest access
The entire garden and pool is available (from 10:30 am to 8:00pm), except for the built-in arch porch in the house. At the same door in the room is a large place with a table and chairs. In the garden and pool area there are hammocks and there is also a table with chairs.
