Ideal for families: A recently built (July 2020) modern-style villa measuring 200 m² on an 860 m² plot, with a huge 46 m² saltwater pool with a jet and spa waterfall, located in a very quiet residential area, 600 m from the flat beach and 200 m from the Mercadona supermarket.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 located upstairs and 1 downstairs, and 3 full bathrooms; a 40 m² living-dining room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large 70 m² porch-dining area. The garden has 8 sun loungers and a trampoline measuring almost 4 m in diameter.

The space
The master bedroom has a full private bathroom with a double king-size bathtub, a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a 30 m² terrace.

The other two bedrooms upstairs have two 90cm beds and built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom upstairs is very spacious.

Downstairs, there is a 150x190cm double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, in addition to air conditioning throughout the chalet.

CHECKING - CHECKOUT
Key delivery takes place directly at the house. A person will greet you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entry time is as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over keys, leaving luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready we will notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 you have to pay a supplement of €50 in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.

The space
The house has 5 rooms and room attic. Four are located on the upper floor, of which 2 have a double bed and air conditioning. The other 2 have 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. The main room has an ensuite bathroom with a dressing room, in addition to there two being a full bathroom with a bathtub for the other rooms.

On the entrance floor, we find the other room with a single bed adapted for people with reduced mobility, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious living room with a dining table and a terrace overlooking the pool.

In the attic, there is a themed children's room, filled with toys for them to enjoy.

On the ground floor, there is a private parking space for two vehicles.
