I would guess although perfectly adequate it might be a little on the cosy side for three couples if you're forced to spend a lot of time inside.It's situated on the second line but with the sea easily visible. Rincon was busier/more popular than we we expected apparently because it's the first real "beachy" stretch east of Malaga. You might be glad you're on the top floor in peak season if you're a light sleeper and in the en-suite room (beach/roadside) but we've certainly been in much noisier. The up side is that there are plenty of supermarkets and shops and places to eat - although of course you might have to wait until 8.00 for the restaurants to open for food. There is always a Burger king opposite if you get desperate!Available parking places along the road outside are very rare but there is a large piece of ground used as a car park a couple of hundred metres away to the rear which charges just 1 per day so we parked there all week and were lucky enough to find a park outside early on Sunday morning when we left so didn't need to lug our bike boxes up there. There are 2 lifts although one was out of order during our stay. It certainly didn't inconvenience us.All in all an excellent experience and we thought excellent VFM. Highly recommended. "

Elevator great for luggage and groceries. We lived on the terrace taking in the breeze of the sea as we sipped our delightful Spanish wine every evening. Brit is a great host who is most responsive and a great communicator. We were allowed to drop off our luggage early as we had to check out of another place early. The apartment is spotless and spacious. If using the garage, rent very small vehicle as it is very narrow(had to fold the mirrors in of our rental car). If looking for a place on the beach with great access to restaurants and groceries, then look no further....you will not be disappointed. It faces east (morning sun) and has a terrace overlooking a large square, where you can have a nice breakfast with the morning sun. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a 135cm double bed and the other with a bunk bed with two 90cm beds, both with hot/cold air. So it's a comfortable place for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, casseroles, a blender, juicer, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, kettle, electric oven and microwave oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, all kitchen utensils... etc., in general everything you need. The building has an elevator, a full bathroom with a bathtub-shower and bidet, a living-dining room, and a terrace. Great penthouse less than a 1-minute walk from the promenade and Cala del Moral beach. Very bright and sunny with a south-facing orientation. Ocean views from the terrace. It has two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, and a living room. The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. The parking is private, small and the maximum car size that fits is a Volkswagen Golf type.

The apartment is located in the center of town, surrounded by supermarkets, fruit shops, cafes, restaurants, bus stops and taxis.
