Property no longer had parking but options are located a few blocks to the north." - "Location of this property was very good. Quiet. Close to a large grocery store and the plaza de la Merced where there were many places to eat. Right around corner from Picasso’s birthplace and steps away from Alcazaba De Malaga. Easy to walk everywhere in Malaga centro historico including the waterfront and Playa La Malagueta.We took the train in from the airport and walked to the property with help of GPS. Building well maintained and host communicated promptly re entry code and key code as well as any questions we had. Studio apt perfect for two. Had everything we needed including washing machine and drying rack refrigerator ironing board hairdryer etc. Bed comfortable and shower great. Very cute modern decor. Street outside was under construction but not a big deal and probably done by now. Our Uber was able to able to pick us up no problem. Buildings around were older and need refreshing but it looked like that was being done. Only thing we would suggest is a few more hooks for hanging up things and instructions for the washing machine so no guessing as well as detergent. Would stay here again. "

The space
Location, Location, Location! The apartment is located in the curious and historic Calle Agua, only few steps away from Plaza La Merced, Picasso's House & Museum and others main tourist jewels of Málaga; but still very quiet and conveniently away of city noise.

The buildings in the area were built on the remains of two mosques from the 12th-13th centuries, which belonged to the Islamic necropolis of Yabal Faruh in Al-Andalus. Currently, you can visit the interpretation center, located right in front of the building.

The attic apartment is located in the 2nd floor (no elevator). Upon entering you will be greeted with a charming and colorful living room with sloped ceilings, where you can relax on the chaise long sofa, watching a movie on Netflix (offered free of charge for our guests), enjoying a delicious food or work remotely on our practical folding table.

The kitchen was recently renovated and you will find everything you need to cook delicious meals and feel at home. The bathroom, recently renovated as well, has a great size.

The main bedroom, also with sloped ceilings is super cozy and it is equipped with a Queen Size Bed. The mattress is new and very comfortable.

The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds of 90 cm.

All the furniture and interior design has been chosen with great taste to make you feel at home in a cozy atmosphere.

On our street, you will have direct access to the main green lung of the city: The Gibralfaro Forest Park, located next to the emblematic Gibralfaro Castle, is a mediterranean natural space and a link between the historic Castle and the imposing fortress of the Alcazaba, symbolizing the connection between Islamic and Christian Málaga.

Just around the corner on Calle Victoria, within walking distance, you can find a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, organic vegetable store, specialty coffee, bazaar, restaurants and all the shops you need.

Just around the corner you have a Bus Stop from where you can get to any part of the city.

Cheerful and inexpensive ground floor single room with lovely shared patio 8 min drive to downtown and 20 walk, with parking at the same door. Located in the heart of Malaga's main avenue with heavy traffic. The bus and metro are a few minutes away.

There are three rooms in total, one large where we live, another that also alkyl and this one of the ad. In total two rooms are on Airbnb and the third is family.

What our guests like most is that we use the bathroom, kitchen, and eat at my mother's house, so you'll have plenty of privacy and only share the spaces with one other guest.

The space
Before booking, keep in mind that it is on a third floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The room overlooks an interior courtyard, but with sufficient lighting and ventilation. Double-glazed windows.
Due to the configuration of the building, it is possible that during the day you can hear some neighbor through the patio, but always very punctually and never during the night.
