- "Goooooooood" - "The room was very small but cheap. The location was perfect and the room and building were clean. there is a lot of building work going on locally, but that will pass. Ideal if you are travelling on a budget." - "After seeing the vast mixed reviews of this property I was nervous for my stay, however, the only complaint I have/had was that the pillow was too firm. Everything else was perfect! The room I selected was very small (enough space for one person) The location is amazing, just a 5 minute walk into Malaga central, a supermarket right across the street, very quiet neighbourhood at night, the room had fully Working AC and the shower was amazing. The walls are slightly too thin so you can hear some noise from other guests but it is bearable, I also love the key system they have where your phone unlocks the doors (very secure in my opinion) cleaning staff are very friendly (however most of them do not speak English) which was no problem at all. Everything is self explanatory when checking in and I can honestly say I would definitely stay here again! Overall I would recommend this property if you are either solo travelling or only visiting for a few nights!"

Property no longer had parking but options are located a few blocks to the north." - "Location of this property was very good. Quiet. Close to a large grocery store and the plaza de la Merced where there were many places to eat. Right around corner from Picasso’s birthplace and steps away from Alcazaba De Malaga. Easy to walk everywhere in Malaga centro historico including the waterfront and Playa La Malagueta.We took the train in from the airport and walked to the property with help of GPS. Building well maintained and host communicated promptly re entry code and key code as well as any questions we had. Studio apt perfect for two. Had everything we needed including washing machine and drying rack refrigerator ironing board hairdryer etc. Bed comfortable and shower great. Very cute modern decor. Street outside was under construction but not a big deal and probably done by now. Our Uber was able to able to pick us up no problem. Buildings around were older and need refreshing but it looked like that was being done. Only thing we would suggest is a few more hooks for hanging up things and instructions for the washing machine so no guessing as well as detergent. Would stay here again. "

- "This was a stunning Apartment, exactly as described and perfect for a City trip. Everything was modern and clean. The Apartment is situated just a few minutes away from most of the sights, shops and Restaurant/bars. We did enjoy this close proximity to everything. I must mention that the side street, where the apartment is located, is not as quiet as it first looked. There are a lot of people walking about till late at night. Sensitive sleepers may be disturbed. This didn't worry us too much in winter, when we closed the windows. There is a small supermarket just around the corner, which was great for buying fresh rolls etc. The WIFI worked well. We loved our visit, and would recommend this apartment, which had everything for a good stay. If I had one complaint, it would be that a handrail should be in the bath. I have an injured hand and would have felt a bit more secure with a rail to hold onto. Good towels available. Highly recommended and good service from David, who met us and showed us all around the Apartment."
