A fantastic 3 bedroom ground floor front line beach apartment, only a short stroll along the beach into the centre of La Cala.

From the large 80m2 terrace you can see the tennis court, 2 swimming pools, the garden, a playing ground area and the sea. This situation makes it very easy for family with children.

The terrace is equipped with a sitting area, sun-beds and a large wooden table with 8 seats.

A nicely furnished living & dining room equipped with satellite TV & internet is widely open on the terrace and the view. 2 twin bed rooms with a separate bathroom and 1 double room en suite with large cupboards can sleep 6 persons. The kitchen is fully mounted with all the modern equipment. The apartment is fully air conditioned. An underground garage is available. We have an alarm system. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
