It is a short 3 minute walk to the bus stops that will get you swiftly and inexpensively to and from Malaga and Marbella, as well as many lovely towns along the way. A large grocery store (Carrefour) is only a 5 minute walk. The balcony has a great view of the Mediterranean. Very fast Wifi. The beds are very comfortable and every night was a good night sleep. The apartment is appointed with all the necessary amenities you will need. The listing is very accurate. The check in/ check out were extremely smooth. For extended families, those with more than 8 guests or those seeking additional privacy, our self-contained 2-bedroom apartment is located on the lower level and overlooks the pool area. This can be accessed either by the main villa entrance or via a separate gate to the side of the villa and steps down to the apartment front door.

Our house, Casa Alcactus, 100% refurbished in Ibiza style, is on one level and ideally located at the bottom of Calahonda (Mijas Costa), in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 minutes walk from the beaches, supermarket, shops. The 20 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a ceiling fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.

In the immediate surroundings of the property you can find a petrol station, a Carrefour supermarket which is open 24h a day and a pharmacy. It is also possible to go snorkeling nearby and there is a bus stop close to the apartment.

Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. The check-in is flexible and can be done independently thanks to a key box. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

- "Pros: The studio was very clean, well equipped with good quality fittings and had all I required for a comfortable two weeks holiday . The cupboards and drawers contained many useful items but there was still adequate storage space for my own belongings. The location is very convenient for many shops, supermarkets , cafes, bars and restaurants and the nearest beach is only a few minutes walk via an underpass. Bus stops are close for those without a car but it is necessary to cross a very busy dual carriageway by a footbridge for either the outward or return journey depending on direction of travel. Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about the studio, it was perfect for my requirements. The only thing I would like to mention is that people above average build may find the shower cubicle rather restrictive. The shower itself is excellent but the cubicle is rather small. This is not a criticism of the studio in general and I quite understand the reason for it. There is simply not the space available for a larger one. It was not a problem for me."

Immaculately clean and fresh smelling. All rooms were excellent and with an added touch of wine and chocolates in the fridge! We had a little problem working the air con in the bedrooms (our error) I contacted Antonio via text message , he responded immediately and helped us sort it out very quickly. After looking around the interior of property we stepped into the balcony, wow... the views and the sound of the ocean was breathtaking! The apartment is very secure, and within walking distance of all amenities. Bars and restaurants are easily accessible along the boardwalk . Supermarket just across the bridge directly outside the complex. All in all this is an excellent property and we can’t wait to return. This will be our yearly accommodation from now on."

The accommodation is located in a privileged spot a few "10 METERS FROM THE BEACH". It is on the beachfront and has IMPRESSIVE VIEWS OF THE SEA, so impressive that the feeling from the large windows of the apartment is that you are on the sea. The views are incredible through the large window that it has. It has common areas with two large pools and a small one for children; a large lawn space VERY manicured where you can relax if you don't feel like going down to the beach. In front of the building passes the LITORAL PATH, where you can take a comfortable walk, play sports, on a wooden walkway that runs parallel to the shore, more than 7 km long. It has several quality eating places just opposite and a wooden walk that runs along the beach for several kilometers, ideal for jogging or very relaxed sunset walks. The area has many services nearby such as Beach bars, Mcdonald, Mercadona, Pharmacy, shopping center ... Marbella and Fuengirola is within walking distance. In the apartment there is EVERYTHING necessary to be at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need, we have just installed a great new electric kettle, a dishwasher for the convenience of my guests, and a De`longui coffee maker for you to prepare espresso coffees better than in a bar. You have pills for the dishwasher, detergent and softener for the washing machine, everything. Also, so you don't have to be buying mineral water, I have a reverse osmosis water purifier installed. You have a microwave and an oven.
It is ideal for FAMILIES, I also leave you, on request, totally free, if you need a travel cot.
In the bathroom you also have everything, bath gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toilet paper. Enough towels for everyone staying and also beach towels.
In the living room you have a sofa bed that once opened is a double bed for two people. The TV has smart tv, Netflix service, also I leave you a hard drive with many movies for everyone. There is free internet throughout the apartment.
I myself am in charge of cleaning everything and leaving the apartment ready for my guests. You will find the beds clean and with clean, ironed sheets, plus a spare set for each bed. You have a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is very comfortable and you have everything you need for a great holiday.
