The only criticism we have is that it isn’t in a great location. You have to go out for the day and can’t just pop to the beach as it is at least 35 minutes to get to the beach front and then the same again back however there is a large town with supermarkets etc only 7 minutes away. Juan is a great host and made us feel very welcome. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax and have the occasional trip to town this is great but you will need hire cars! Thanks Juan!!!!"

Cristobal and his wife brought us a huge bunch of fresh thyme, when we mentioned we couldn't find any, which was great for cooking Conejo al Ajillo (Garlic Rabbit) We would highly recommend this villa if you want to be close to town (with some background noise) and great connectivity, (in every way) Lots of the palm trees needed trimming, as the dead leaves obstruct the view and are noisy in the wind. The Bougainvilla was very overgrown and obstructing the bathroom window and needs cutting back."

- "Pros: Having stayed at Paradise Villa twice before, just the 2 of us, we decided to take both sets of parents, this was a first for us! They were knocked out when they walked through the front door, the villa and the views are just amazing. We spent the first week sightseeing, having lunches out and then spending the evening at the villa, doing barbecues and relaxing by the pool. We did somewhere different every day, Seville, Granada, Gibraltar, Córdoba, Jerez, Marbella / Puerto Banus and my absolute favorite which is Ronda. The local supermarket is so good ( and cheap) that every night we had prawns Pil Pil, steaks and sunset. The villa is so spacious ( and quiet) and every time we notice it has been maintained and is always perfect for us. The following week we did the opposite, relaxed by the pool during the day and went to different restaurants every night. The price difference between the restaurants near the villa and those on the coast is amazing. My father in law struggles with the heat so the owners cane round with a new huge umbrella just for him! I can’t say even about Paradise Villa, next year we plan on bringing the grandchildren, wish me luck! Dolores C."

Nothing was too much trouble during our stay, always very helpful and super attentive. They live on site and are always available for any questions you may have. The beds are very comfortable and every bedroom had its own en-suite. It was very hot during our stay due to the time of year - late August (we were here for a friend’s wedding) and fortunately for us Viktor was able to supply a fan for each bedroom as there is no AC at the property. These were lifesavers. We did hire a car from the airport which was very good value compared to other countries. Hiring a car is essential as the villa is quite remote and the nearest food store is in Coin which is 15 minutes drive away. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa."

Living area and kitchen both perfect. The pool area was outstanding! The pool itself was beautiful and not too deep for non swimmers.
