- "Accessing the property was difficult (on a very hot day) and they seemed surprised at our arrival. However, mother and daughter were polite and eventually showed us to our room which was pleasant. We had to remove limescale from the shower head but other than that is was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful terrace that was several times larger than the room. However, be prepared a tour guide may come through with coach party. The hotel was quirky in all respects which was quite engaging!! The dining room was huge and full of produce but most of it was for sale. Breakfast was included but limited for me as I don't eat pork or cheese. The fruit was quite old. A fresh small omelette was cooked and i had toast. There was no fresh milk. I think fresh coffee and tea would be better than the machine drinks provided. I am glad we stayed at the hotel but it was quiet and dark so I wasnt sorry to leave. "

During your stay
We are always popping in to clean, meet the kite students etc. However, we try not to impose ourselves too much on you, unless you ask us to!

We normally have a live-in housekeeper to help check you in and out, give you tips and advice and keep the place clean. However, they are volunteers, and aren't meant to be your personal cleaner, so please keep communal areas tidy. But, I know you're a tidy, respectful guest and we won't have any trouble with you!!

We have cats on site. This is their home and dogs should not chase them! The cats are not in the guest houses.
