A charming modern property with views across to village of Casares and mountains .The property is a short walk to the village with traditional bars and restaurants. There is access to a large sun terrace and swimming pool. Collection from local restaurants/ airports can be arranged if required. The area has a number of good golf courses and is an ideal location for cyclists (both Road and MTB)

Quiet but within easy access to coast, Marbella, Estepona and other nightlife.

The whole house including underground parking if required.

Original finca, totally renovated with a fantastic view all the way to Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. Enjoy the tranquility or make an excursion to Gibraltar or Europas most southern point Tarifa by the Atlantic coast. Or why not to Marocco-on the African continent. Otherwise is Puerto Banus only 30 minutes drive. Summertime this house is only rented to the guests who rent the big house ("Amazing finca in the mountains of Casares")otherwise it remains closed. SolySom is located between mountains and sea, away from busy tourism and far enough from the A7 not to hear the traffic.
A two-storey house, two terraces, three bedrooms. 5 beds, not 7!!
In a brightly colored urbanization you can use 2 swimming pools, which provide entrance with a code.
It is a 17 minute walk to the beach. Also within walking distance you can enjoy Spanish and international cuisine in four restaurants.
The space
You enter the house via an external staircase. A private entrance leads through a hallway to the spacious living/dining room and the large terrace, which is partly covered to protect against the rain or the sun. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with two single beds (200x90) and the children's room with bunk beds, also 200x90. The stairs lead to the second floor with 1 bedroom and a bed of 200x140. French doors to 2nd terrace. On the first floor there is a bathroom with toilet, bath, shower, bidet and sink. On the second floor is a bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, sink and toilet. If you do not use the 5th bed, you may use this second bathroom.
Guest access
Guests have access to two bedrooms downstairs and all other areas. On request, the bed on the second floor can also be used. If more than 4 people are staying, the additional costs are € 15
per night per person.

A place to truly relax, listen to the birds singing and gaze out across the valley. Whilst secluded La Casita is a short drive or 30 min walk to the beautiful white village of Casares set in the hills above the Costa del Sol.
The space
The casita is the original part of the property Finca El Encanto where we live. It has recently been refurbished and has a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with large sofa bed. Down a spiral staircase there are 2 bedrooms, a small double and twin room. The bathroom has an overhead rain shower. Enjoy sitting on the open terrace or dining under the canopy where on a clear day you can enjoy a view across to Gibraltar and Morocco. Parking on site and there is a yoga platform above the casita which you are welcome to use.

The terraces of the casita, the yoga platform (when it is not in use for classes) and the 7 acres of hillside, please note good footwear required for exploring!
Other things to note
We are in a high fire risk area in the summer months. No open fires allowed March - October.
