'La Casita' is a self contained ,PET FRIENDLY,no smoking spacious apartment with A/C throughout. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed,lots of storage and plenty of space.The lounge/diner has dining facilities for 4, beautiful views overlooking the rear garden to the sea and the Ikea double sofa bed converts to sleep 2 adults .DVDs + player,library,music, games are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower room is light and spacious. All TOWELS and BEDDING provided.
The space
The peaceful tranquility and proximity to the beach plus the high standard accommodation and beautiful garden makes La Casita a truly memorable place to stay. Have the luxury of home from home facilities, with freedom to come and go as you wish, add in a safe and beautiful pool and outside dining area and you'll find it hard to leave! When you want the night life or restaurant dining it is all available within minutes so you can rest and relax or go out and play so we suggest that a car is necessary.
The hosts live on the premises in a seperate villa and are available to help or advise but allow guests maximum privacy.The pool is for guests use and is accessed by safe steps at the shallow end making it ideal for children or the elderly.
Guests need to be aware that although there is a busy dual carriageway between the development and the beach, there is minimal noise during the day and extremely quiet at night.It is possible to walk to the beach in approximately 10 minutes but is not recommended for those who are not fit as the path is uneven and the return walk is uphill. However, driving will only take 5 minutes.
Guest access
The owners live permanently in the main house and La Casita is next door, but it is totally self-contained and independent with its own entrance and off street parking.The pool is for the exclusive use of guests. Guests also have their own outside dining area with sea views and BBQ and a private area with sunbeds and seating is also provided.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome as long as they are friendly and will get along with our 3 very well mannered dogs which will not be in the least bit bothered by other dogs arriving. A stroll around the neighbourhood is very pleasant excercise for your pet and we can indicate a wonderful beach walk plus a dog beach within a 15 mins drive which is available all year round and a dog park with fun equipment for canines. Guests must provide their own pet bed and we insist that animals DO NOT sit or lie on either the beds or sofas inside.
For children we can provided a cot , travel cot, high chair and an assortment of toys and books.
Anti mosquito plug in devises are included to avoid pesky bites, but a first aid kit is fully stocked for any such necessities.
Swimming floats etc are also for guests to use on the property, plus a picnic basket, cool box and large cloth are available for a picnic on the beach.
