This 30 sqm studio is totally independent from our main house, has a private pergola, a pool for your own use, 2 bbq areas, and an enticing garden.
Situated in the village of Marquesado, it belongs to both towns
of Chiclana and Puerto Real, and is situated in the province of Cadiz.
Sunny and brand spanking new, it's a good base for day trips to Cadiz, Jerez & Sevilla. For longer stays, visits to the nearest towns of Portugal & Morocco are do-able. Check us out!
The space
We've worked on our property for 7 years, and are proud about how welcoming it has become. The apartment is bathed in sunlight, the garden abounds with flowers, the pool sparkles, the pergola beckons. We believe we fit airbnb's philosophy to a tee. While you have your very own space, we are on hand to give advice. We'll be thrilled to have you share our world!
Guest access
Your access will be through the main gate leading to the
car bay. You will have your own parking space.
There is also a side gate for your use.
Other things to note
There's a well-equipped bbq grill by the pool, as well as in the garden pergola.
On days you simply want to veg out, hangout by the pool, and commune with nature, our place is it!

Traditional house with a quiet atmosphere, oyster stone walls typical of the area and high ceilings. Located in the historic area of Puerto Real, in the heart of the commercial center. Close to the beach and Las Canteras Natural Park and the Algaida pine forest (15 minutes walk).
Town located in the center of the Bay of Cadiz, an hour from Seville and the Sierra de Cadiz.
Easy free street parking. Free private parking for MotoGP only.
The space
The accommodation is a room in a suite with an entrance to the central patio of the house, near the door to the street. A door separates it from the rest of the house.
The bed belonged to my great-grandparents (19th century) and is the usual size of that time. If you're tall, you may not find it very comfortable (mattress measures 1.35x1.80 m).
Guest access
You will be the only guests in the house, you will only share the common areas with my husband and me.
Free access to the living room, patio, kitchen, and garden. The top floor is private, but I can show you some areas if you want to visit it.

I'll be available to make your stay more pleasant. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions or for any advice.
I'd appreciate it if you could let me know in advance if you'd like to have breakfast at the house.
