- "Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. Even though this is just a short walk to the lifts they provide a courtesy bus every 10 mins which drops you right at the gondola. Didn't try the spa facilities but after a peek at the covered pool I'll be bringing my swimming costume on the next visit. Note that the hotel is part way through its renovation process so at least half of the bedrooms and parts of the public areas are still in the old style."

- "This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. Nestled up against gorgeous cliffs and overlooking a valley, the property is immaculately maintained and couldn't be any more picturesque. We had an excellent prix fix menu dinner at their dining room and everything was prepared excellently, with a decent wine and beer selection. - "We had a very pleasant stay in Caldes de Boí. The hotel is well equipped, with 3 swimming pools and a bar by the pool, a reading room and a living room both very cozy. Our room and our bathroom had a pretty good size. The staff, specially from the bar&restaurant were very kind. The hotel surroundings are amazing, plenty to do, walk around in their gardens, go for a short walk to the spring water fountains by the hotel, walk some waterfalls nearby... It is a beautiful spot and if the weather is glorious, it is like paradise. My only negative comment is regarding their WIFI, was very weak and in some parts of the hotel worked on and off, not reliable. It needs improvement. I cannot comment on the spa services since I did not use them. In general it was an extremely positive experience."
