- "We had a very pleasant stay in Caldes de Boí. The hotel is well equipped, with 3 swimming pools and a bar by the pool, a reading room and a living room both very cozy. This lack of flexibility was not helping at all . At the same time, the internet service has been off during 2 days and as we were stuck at this hotel due to bad weather , it was quite a big problem for us. The staff was limited and then for example, I had to work by myself to clear the path for my car to go out from the private parking of the hotel. On another part, the hotel was very noisy due to the walls made of wood and it was hard to sleep. To be honest, the climatic conditions were tough and we think that the hotel is not at all prepared for that. "
