- "The facility is top notch and a good spot to explore the Priorat wine Region. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. The disappointment came from the restaurant undergoing a seasonal change of menu during our stay. The already limited choices were reduced further due to the availability of certain ingredients. Despite the many accolades and premature praises for the chef we found the dishes uninspired except for the lobster salad. All dishes arrived at our table lukewarm and the paella was borderline edible because of its high salt content. All in all dining was not an experience worthy of such a great hotel."
