1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the premises or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.

3. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.

4. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (=

5. Standard check-out is 11 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and it is $20/Flat fee. We will let you know what time we can accommodate.

6. Standard check-in is at 3 pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.

7. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. Please message us if you need extra items.

8. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

9. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.

10. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.

11. There are security cameras outside of the unit at the entrance. Blocking or disconnecting these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

12. No shoes in the house, please take them off in the front. If you wear shoes in the house please make sure they are clean.

13. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home. Flush it down the toilet or throw it in the garbage bins provided.

This is the main floor apartment with its own private entrance and exit to both the front entrance of home and the rear entrance of the apartment and the back yard. Fully furnished with two bedrooms 1 bath plus an office. Kitchen has been recently remodel with stainless appliances and a new washer dryer sits off the kitchen. Comes fully furnished with Wi-Fi and DirecTV. One bedroom has a new Queen bed and the other has a new full size bed. Both beds are Simmons's Beauty rest mattress.

About the area:

Logan Square is amazing. It’s super hip, chic, and artsy. You will love it! The house is minutes or walking distance from various bars/taps, restaurants, grocery stores, the famous Logan Theater, Concord Music, parks— anything imaginable.

The house is less than a three block walk to the blue line “el” (Logan Square stop), and less than a half a block from the CTA-Kimball stop. I-90/94 access is approximately 5 blocks away as well. I can provide more information for public transportation upon request.

Note: I will be staying above you with my dog, Bella, and neither of us bite! Feel free to ask me any questions or recommendations about the neighborhood if you catch me around the house. I like to explore the city as well, so you’re free to join me if you’re completely at a loss to figure out something!

Designated parking spot is NOT available, but there is plenty of street parking available. Our unit features a Queen size bed, premium linens, and plenty of closet space so you can unpack and forget about your suitcase for a while.

The apartment includes one full bathroom, with a shower, sink, and toilet. We’re all about helping you look (and smell) your best, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in addition to hand soap and fluffy towels. There’s ample space for guests to relax on the sofa and watch on a large flat-screen TV. The entire place has free and fast WiFi for working remotely.

Whether you’re craving a home-cooked meal or just somewhere to put the box of deep-dish, our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and has swanky granite countertops. THE SPACE:
The apartment is located in a newly remodeled traditional Chicago multi-flats building from the early 1900. It sits in an urban neighborhood and as an older building some noise transmission from the street and between units is inevitable, similar to what may naturally occur in any apartment building.

Please note that the private parking behind the building is shared between three units and is on First Come First Serve basis. It can hold up to 4 cars stacked 2 by 2, which means that in order not to block guests from other units by parking behind them, only two units can potentially park at the same time. If your party is traveling with multiple cars, please park one behind another as a courtesy to other guests. Free street parking is also available.

Only street/public parking available, first come first serve. If your car will be parked overnight a parking permit is needed to avoid getting a ticket. They can be found in the unit and complimentary. Please review all posted signs has the city does restrict parking from time to time for street cleaning and road repairs.

- No street shoes inside of the apartment. Please bring your slippers, or grip socks or thick socks to wearing them inside of the apartment.
- After entering the apartment, please remove your street shoes and place them on the right side of the entrance on the “small brown carpet”.

FYI we have surveillance video cameras outside of the house: in the front entrance, in the back entrance (NOT INSIDE of the apartments or any rooms or private bedrooms or pztio), to bring more security to our guests and family members.

⏰ * * CHECK IN is at 3pm & CHECK OUT is at 12pm:
- if you plan to check in early at an earlier time, or check out at a later time, please let us know in advance. We do not guarantee an early check in or an later check out if a previous or future guest scheduled their check in or check out respectively.
- If you want to check in at an earlier time or check out at a later time we are going to charge $15 for every hour. Cash only.
- this charge is to pay the “cleaning team” to do their job a little faster.

💡 Don’t worry about the lights/lamp located in the hallway entrance and back door exit, we leave these lights/lamp on 24/7.
