This private Guest House is not near Beverly Hills or Beverly Hills adjacent. it is in the HEART of Beverly Hills. Rodeo Drive is but a 5 minute walk. All of Beverly Hills is walk-able from our location.

The studio is a bright single space with 2 full size beds separated from the main house with self check-in / check-out and private access from a side gate. Working gas fireplace & 1 full bathroom and kitchenette. TV comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other channels. Great WiFi connection.

The backyard is also a great place to hang out and all guests are welcome and encouraged to use it. It can get chilly in the winter but the firepit gives off plenty of heat.

There is a stair case that leads up to the unit so guests must be comfortable climbing stairs.

Please note that there is no overnight parking allowed in almost everywhere in Beverly Hills and none in front of our place. There are options nearby but you'll need to contact us for more information.
