- "Just a little bit noisy because of the crossing roads. Anna was a perfect host. We all worked and did distance learning during our week there and while we were all in the same one bedroom, we always felt we had anough space to get everything done. The place is set up like a time share - everything you need is there. And George is great. They even had some extra masks and hand sanitizer available. We ate in a lot, cooked pasta, eggs, you name it. But we also did a lot of take out. The food in Jackson Heights is amazing! On every corner there was a new place I wanted to try. George's place is in walking distance to everything, including the subway. We felt very safe our entire time there. And La Guardia is just a few minutes away. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area! Great Place!"

To be honest, this building is very old one, and the unit and room have not been renovated one.
And,this room is in a shared apartment unit.
So, you have housemates. You need to share common places with housemates.
I ask guests to prepare your amenity by yourself.

Basically, no package can be sent to this apartment.
Like once a week, building owner checks package at building box. But it's not a definite frequency. You may have to wait over week.

6. No Pet is arrowed.
7. Please do not leave your belongings in common space. Even if someone accidentally uses or throw it away. Host is not responsible for the loss.

1. Bedbugs : In New York City, bedbugs are everywhere. 99% chance, you bring them into your room. If you bring it, you have to deal with the problem with your own cost before it spreads out. *Please ask host how to exterminate it.
2. Host is not responsible for any troubles between roommates or stolen or damages to personal belongings by unexpected problem like leaking.
3. If you lose your keys, it costs you $150 + material cost to replace it. Please prepare $150 when you receive a new key.
4. If you put yourself in-lock. Basically, you need to call lock smith by yourself.
If our assistants are near that area when we get message about lockout, we may arrange someone to go there, but it cost you $60 for opening the door for you. However, it may take couple of hours or it could be next day.

1. If you need an AC (Air Conditioner), you can rent it for $3 per day.

This apartment is located in Jackson Heights Queens.
It is about 25min away from Manhattan.
5min from subway 7 Line “90st Elmhurst Av" station.
Your room is on Three floor.

The space
The apartment is fully remodeled in 2020 and we are the first tenant in this building. Everything was new at that time.
New Bathroom and New Kitchen, also New floor and new painted wall.
We clean apartment weekly and try to keep apartment clean.

You have your own bedroom and 10bedroom 4bathroom apartment.
You will share kitchen with 9 other rooms. You will share bathroom with 3 other rooms.
Room size is about 80sqft
It has twin size bed, closet, desk, chair, side table, and stand light.

This house is located in Jackson Heights, Queens. It is recommended for people who are staying in New York for even the first time！


As basic information on this house,
this listing room is on 1st floor. You will have a private room and 1 shared bathroom and 1 kitchen. There are 4 rooms. So you share the common area with other 3 housemates.

The most important thing is the location of this house!!!
The closest station(74st/Jackson Hts-Roosevelt ave station).
Total FIVE line(7,E,F,M,R) stop this station.
You can choose the line to your destination.
Especially, E and F line are kind of express line. The 3rd station from Jackson Heights is already Manhattan!
In addition, This house is far Just 1-2min from this subway!
You don't need to worry about walking for a long time under the sun or rain.


To be honest, this room is not so big. It seems that size is about 100sqft.
But this room is clean, furnished with a twin-sized bed, desk, chair, metal frame wardrobe, Free Wifi.
There is a key on the door of your room.
You can start your daily life from the date of arrival！

6. Please separate garbage into 3 categories, Regular garbage, Metal or Plastic, and Paper.
7. Please flush toilet after you use.
8. When toilet is cragged, please close the water bulb first which is located under the toilet, then use plunger to fix the crag.
9. Do not Leave your garbage in front of your room. You need to put it downstairs
10. Everybody has to contribute cleanness please follow cleaning schedules
11. Please take your hair and throw it away after you take shower.
12. Do not put your shampoo bottle around bathtub.
13. No Pet, cat and dog, is arrowed. (small pets are negotiable)
14. Please do not leave your belongings in common space. Even if someone accidentally uses or throw it away. Host is not responsible for the loss.

3. When the refrigerator is broken, the lease holder is not responsible for any damages to your food and replacement of your food.
4. If you lose your keys, it costs you $150 + material cost to replace it. Please prepare $150 when you receive a new key.
5. If you put yourself in-lock. It cost you $40 for I open the door for you. It may take couple of hours or it could be next day. If it is urgent please call locksmith. If lease holder is out of state.
6. Do not change any keys without notice to the lease holder.
7. If you find any problem, let host know. He will talk to landlord to fix it but cannot guarantee that landlord will fix it or not.
8. Internet and boiler sometimes stop. But there is no refund for rent and utility unless lease holder receives refund from the landlord or internet company.
9. You may have a leak from ceiling or water backs up from drain. Host will not be responsible for damages to your belonging and will not pay you.

2. Central heating is usually set for 68F. If you feel cold you can rent a electric heater during winter time, you can rent it from us $3 perl day.

－The date you move out－
1. When you move out, please leave your keys on the desk of your room. You need to leave by 11:00am of your singed move-out day.
2. Please clean your space in kitchen, bathroom, and refrigerator
3. The lease holder has the right to show your room to next potential tenants 40 days prior from your move-out date. Host needs to let you know at least 12 hours before from the showing time.
