- "Initially I was concerned as I was not familiar with the area, and it looked a bit rough, but the neighborhood did not matter because the owner makes sure the home is secure. Even taking extra precautions to ensure that the front door lock and your room lock is secure, and you have your own parking spot. The house was close to shopping, and it was easy to get to work as I was out of town for a job. The bed was comfortable, I had one of the rooms with my own bathroom, and the kitchen was shared. There were other guests there, and all were friendly. We socialized, talked over dinner, and everyone retired to their rooms. Was a pleasant experience. "

If you end up with noisy neighbors, it could be a problem, but there are signs saying property has a “no noise” policy. For my needs, the price and accommodations were perfect! My room was very adequate in size, Roku. very comfy king bed. Everything on site needed for 1 night or multiple. I had the pleasure of meeting a couple from Australia and an Irishman for Vancouver, BC. It was clean, cozy but would have loved to see the “more private” living quarters in 2nd. The cost was reseaonable for 4-night stay. Fully equipped kitchen but I did take out a mix of both Asian & Mexican food. Close to everything! Thank you, Lee."

By Car: Traffic can be a challenge in Seattle. We always check Gooogle maps or Waze apps to see the best route to where we want go before heading out.
Ride Share: You can take Metro Flex an on demand ride share for the same price as the bus to Downtown Renton or the Rainer Beach light rail station.
Light Rail: You can take the light rail to the airport or Downtown Seattle. The Rainer Beach Station is an 8 minutes drive.
Airport: Depending on demand pricing, we often take either Yellow Cab or Uber to the airport. It takes less than a half hour and should cost you roughly $25.00 plus tip.
► We can accommodate up to 10 guests but we think the house is more comfortable for 6 guests.
► Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way.
► Please comply with all the hot tub rules posted on-site near the tub.
► Please no excessive noise, music or rowdy behavior that might disturb the neighbors, especially when using the hot tub and the outdoor area.
► The alley leading to our 2 onsite parking spaces is unpaved and bumpy which can be challenging for low clearance vehicles to navigate.
► Instant hot water dispenser can `spit` if opened full blast so keep children away from it.
► Depending on weather, the outdoor solar lit pathways can be dark later on at night. Please be careful.
► In cold/icy weather nearby side street can get thick ice. 64th Ave S however is plowed and/or de-iced for a good alternative parking are for the couple days a year this kind of weather is an issue.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.

Our house is located in the quiet and charming neighborhood of Rainier Beach and you will get to enjoy the vivid views over Lake Washington. Ideal setup for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. We got you everything: a 55 inch TV and a sleeper sofa in the living room, 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, and full washer & dryer with detergent.

Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.

Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.
All bedrooms are equipped of luxury beddings and provides with the relaxation you need.
We have 2 bedrooms in upstairs and downstairs. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and a direct access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed with a dedicated workspace. The 3rd bedroom is located downstairs with a queen-sized bed with dedicated workspace and direct access to the balcony. The 4th bedroom in the downstairs suite has a sofa bed. Sofa bed is located on the blue couch.
For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace/office room setup for you to use!
The dramatic view deck has outdoor seating, and a table, overlooking the amazing lake view!
I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
High-speed WiFi with an internet speed up to 800 Mbps, 5 free parking space in the driveway and 1 spot along the street in front of the house are all provided for the guests to use!

About this space
Stay in Seattle, 10 minutes to airport in a super clean, LIKE NEW Class A Motorhome! Has bedroom with queen size bed w/quilted & 4” memory foam mattress topper. Bedroom has sliding door for privacy from rest of RV. The bathroom has sink, toilet & shower. Kitchen has microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, sink & filtered water dispenser. Stocked with all you need to cook! There’s a dinette booth that becomes a small bed, couch, twin air mattress & electric fold down full bed. Has 2x LED HDTVs.
The space
There is one bedroom with queen size bed with a sliding door for privacy which can hold 2 adults. There is an electric fold down full size bed above the captain chairs in the front which can hold 2 adults as long as the combined weight is less than 250 pounds. The dinette can become a bed for one shorter adult. The loveseat couch does not pull out but can sleep a child or really short adult. There is also an inflatable twin size air mattress that can be set up but will restrict space inside the RV and will allow no walking room and people will have to crawl over others for example to go to the bathroom.

You will have access to the RV in it’s entirety.
Other things to note
There are ice trays available or bring your own ice. There is a Keurig and other small appliances but bring your own K-cups. The oven and 3-burner stove are gas. The water heater is powered via a propane tank and has a switch. Please turn off the water heater when it’s not needed to conserve propane. Please be aware the ground and pathway from the gate to the RV is uneven, you have to walk over decorative stones and a uneven surface. I have two small puppies that will run around the back yard at times and may bark from inside the house. Please ensure gate gets closed properly when coming and going. NO PARKING ON PROPERTY. You will have to park 3 houses away down the street along a row of hedges if space is available otherwise, you may have to park even further away.

Location doesn’t get better than this Tiny Home! Just a 15 minute walk to Sound Transit Link Light Rail train which makes traveling without a vehicle very convenient. 5 min walk to 3 bus stops to downtown Seattle. Completely renovated space with large custom windows, granite counter tops, wood floors, and a modern walk in tiled shower.
The Space:
This studio is designed for the traveler in mind that wants a neighborhood feel to his/her vacation or business travel.
The living space is well lit with natural light and overlooks a garden yard.
The mini home is behind the main house.
The living space includes a daybed with a supportive mattress as well as a twin pop up trundle bed.
Amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, as well as a Breville convection oven and Waring double burner for cooking. There is a large flat screen smart tv with guest access to streaming services and wireless high speed internet access.
It does have its own entrance and egress, located behind the home from a private gravel access road. If you are using public transportation or a car service, you will need to use the side gate next to the main house. You are welcome to use this side gate by the main house as well for your convenience throughout your stay.
Parking is either off of the private access road or street parking in front of the main house.

Just steps from your door is easy access to lake front parks and downtown Seattle and local neighborhoods. The Link Light Rail permits travelers access to the SEATAC airport, many fabulous local eateries, International District, shopping at Westlake Center and Pike Place Market, sports games at Safeco, CenturyLink Field, and events at Key Arena, as well as many indoor museums and outdoor museums-Olympic Sculpture Park and the Chihuly Garden and Glass, as well as science centers, boating and swimming at Lake Union and Gas Works Park.

Property Overview and Important Information:
Please note that this is an older home that hasn’t been significantly changed in 40 years with sloped floors in certain areas, particularly in the back and on the second floor. The stairs are steep and have narrow step widths, which may present a slipping hazard, so please be cautious. Additionally, there are steps from the street up to the front entry. Due to these factors, the house is not suitable for individuals who are handicapped or have physical limitations.
The house does not have central air conditioning, but there are two window AC units in the upstairs bedrooms.
The basement is unfinished and primarily used for storage, laundry, and maintenance. It is considered back of house and not maintained at the same level as the rest of the house. While it is accessible to guests for laundry use, it is not considered part of the rental listing and is not as clean as other areas of the home.
Guest Policy:
If you are planning to have non-registered guests, please inform us in advance with the following details: the number of guests, the approximate times they will be present, and the number of cars they will bring. Additional fees may apply, which we can negotiate based on the number of guests and the purpose of their visit.
No parties or smoking are allowed on the premises. Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please use the backyard. A $200 fee plus extra cleaning fee will be charged for violations of this policy, which may also result in immediate eviction and cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
Hot Tub Policy:
The hot tub is provided as a recreational amenity for relaxation and enjoyment. To ensure a respectful and welcoming environment, all users are expected to maintain behavior that aligns with community standards and expectations. Any violation of this policy will result in prompt action, including necessary cleaning and maintenance.
Pet Policy:
If you are bringing pets, we kindly ask for your cooperation to help us maintain cleanliness and prepare the home for future guests:
- Please bring your own pet bed or blanket. If needed, we can provide one upon request.
- Pets are not allowed on beds or duvets.
- We provide paper towels and dark towels for cleaning paws or wiping the floor. Please avoid using the white towels for this purpose.
- Pets should be well-trained and use the bathroom outdoors. Please clean up after them promptly.
- A dog waste scooper is provided in the backyard, with a designated composting area behind the shrubs for disposal.

From the time a reservation is made until the day of arrival, communication will primarily take place via messaging, texting, or email. While phone calls may occasionally be returned, we recommend leaving clear voice messages, as all voicemails are carefully noted. After check-in, guests are welcome to contact us anytime via call, text, or email, and we’ll respond promptly.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- No daily room service is provided. Room will only be cleaned after checking out. Extra room service is provided for an additional charge.
- For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid.
- The unit (900ft2 or 84m2) currently best serves up to 8 people. Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge in the existing beds. We could work out reasonable pricing for additional guests.
- It’s recommended to use the hairdryers in the bathroom. Only use the designated and marked outlet in the bedrooms for ironing or hairdryers.
- The reserved parking is the driveway in front of the blue garage. Only one (1) on-site parking spot, which can fit 2 vehicles one behind another, can be reserved for each booking. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions.
- Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
- Noise-free rooms are not guaranteed.

This modern newly built townhome completed in 2018 and is located a few blocks away from the Othello light-rail station. Being so close to the light-rail makes traveling from the airport to the home or from the home into the city a 20 min train ride. The airbnb is perfect for adventurers who plan to utilize Seattle's extensive public transportation network!
Generally the space is well equipped for 2 people, however, a second bedroom can be arranged to accommodate 4 total people.($)
The space
This Airbnb is for the entire townhouse with the exception of two bedrooms which are used as storage. By being a guest you'll have exclusive access to all of the below spaces!!
Parking:
There is no private parking for this townhouse. All parking should be done on 43rd Ave/ Renton Ave or neighboring streets. Normally parking is fine with exception of weekends/ holidays. Parking can be challenging in the evening, weekends or when there are events in Seattle.
Private Bedroom:
Located on the second floor of this home is where the guest bedroom(s) and Restroom are located. In it is a queen size bed that fits two comfortably, a desk and chair, end tables and lamps w/ towels for the guests.
Restroom:
The second floor restroom is one of the restrooms which features a modern rain-shower shower head and glass doors is a real treat. In it I've stocked the restroom with all necessities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion )
Living room
The living room features a 55in Samsung flat sheet along with a 5.1 Samsung home theater station.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has all of the items needed to heat, cook and store all of your food during your stay. In the kitchen is where you'll find a refrigerator, gas stove, farmhouse sink, microwave, coffee makers and the dishwasher. The dining room table is also equipped to comfortably host 2-4 people.
Restricted areas:
Please do not head up to the third story as this is currently used as general storage, the room upstairs is locked. (Unless you have arranged this with the host prior to checking in.)
There is another room on the second floor which is also locked and used as storage.
By REQUEST ONLY another bedroom and bathroom can be made available as well so that the space can host 2 additional people (4 total). However, please contact me first and let me know as i'd like to vet the people before approving.

You've got a nice private bed room on the second floor. To find it, head up the stairs and it is the first bedroom to the right.

Welcome to Seattle and thank you for considering staying at the Chicago Street Charmer!
Our home is located in the South Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The townhome is spacious and cozy with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. We’ve hosted folks visiting Seattle for work, rest, or play. Ideal for short, mid, or long term stays, the home has also been furnished to make remote work easy.
The space
The Chicago Street Charmer is a three level, 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom townhouse. There is a private, fully fenced patio for you to enjoy. Recently outfitted with mini splits, you can adjust the AC or heat to your preference. The middle and top floor will have AC. Every bedroom has plenty of closet space, as well as, a working desk for our students and remote workers.
The first floor has one bedroom and a full bathroom.
The second floor has a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, dishwasher, and open dining area. The living room area on this floor has a 65” OLED TV for your entertainment purposes. There is a half bath on this level.
The third floor has two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The washer and dryer are located on the third floor.
Guest access
All guests can enjoy contactless check in and check out at the Chicago Street Charmer, for your convenience. The front entrance has a smart lock.
The neighborhood has free street parking and is readily available.
Other things to note
You will have easy access to everything Seattle has to offer. The Othello light rail station is a brisk 10 minute walk from the home and can transport you anywhere for a low fare. The light rail is most convenient for getting to the airport, the Stadiums, and Columbia City.
Pets are welcome at our home. Please remember to inform me of how many furry friends will be joining when booking.

This spacious and comfortable home will be your home base for exploring Seattle. It's located just 12 minutes driving from the airport and is within walking distance of the Othello light rail stop which will be your gateway to Downtown and Capitol Hill.
The home is equipped with smart locks, speakers, lights, and thermostat.
I currently occupy the bottom half of the duplex, but there are no shared spaces and there are separate entrances.
The space
This home has a large fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, shared access to laundry, multiple work spaces with 100Mbs WIFI and a convertible queen sized couch bed for sleeping extra guests.
Plenty of street parking is available for multiple cars opposite the front door on the east side of 46th Ave. We will send a parking map the day before check in showing the spots that should be used.

This house has another unit in the basement with it's own backyard entrance. So you'll have full private access to the home pictured and the front yard. The only shared amenity is the washer and dryer which is located inside the downstairs unit, which you can access with a code on the smart lock.

I am currently supervising construction of a new house in the backyard, so there might be some noise during the day.

Just a 10-15 minute walk to the light rail with access to downtown Seattle; It is 2 miles from historic Columbia City and Seward Park on Lake Washington, and close to I-90 for beautiful mountain hikes and scenery. The unit sits toward the back of the property providing quiet and privacy, with private outdoor seating. We share the laundry with long term guests.

This fully self contained little house is located next to our family home. It is a beautiful and peaceful studio, situated toward the back of our large yard.

Take your time to explore the city from this peaceful spot. Built in 1909, the house is well insulated and quiet despite being on a main road. There's a garden in front and off street parking in the back. Unassuming from the street, it opens up to a lot of light and it is filled with unique art.
We are well located in a diverse and interesting neighborhood with easy access to all other areas of the city via bus, light rail or car, as well as parks, shopping and restaurants.
The space
This home was built in 1909 and last renovated in 2020. It has good sound insulation, modern touches, contains almost endless art and serves as a peaceful sanctuary.
Other things to note
This home is made more cozy by the residence of an elder cat. He is gentle, social and mostly enjoy naps and petting. He is not allowed into the room of this listing, but you will need to move through rooms with dander present to reach your space.
