This 3 Bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath with walk in shower is a newly remolded lake home on the beautiful Pike Lake Chain. You will not be disappointed; the views are fantastic from every room and only steps away from the lake! We have a Large kitchen with all granite counter tops. The huge island is perfect for entertaining as well as the spacious outdoor patio. Upstairs has a great deck off the cozy bedrooms with patio doors to sit and have morning coffee and watch all the wildlife. A Truly one-of-a-kind home. It’s so nice to be able to sit on the lower deck and watch the kids swim and play in the sandy beach and crystal clear water! Fishing is great right off the dock. You can catch bluegill, northern, walleye, bass, crappie and even musky! There is also a 4 person paddle-boat, paddle-board and kayak. Hunters House is perfect for any size gathering. It has a very spacious upstairs and a downstairs with room to run, not to mention a great kids playroom. The house is fully stocked with just about everything you would need. Just bring your essentials.
The house is about 1/4 mile from the atv/ snowmobile trail system. You are able to ride the town roads to it.

Here you’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove/oven, cozy living/dining area with gas fireplace, and spacious outdoor deck with gas grill overlooking the forest. There’s also a three-season sunroom off the patio where you can watch the deer and other wildlife, enjoy your morning coffee, or relax with an evening cocktail after a day of adventures.

The cabin is located just outside Iron River - a quiet get-away in the woods and close to all the area lakes and attractions. The snowmobile/ATV trail is at the end of the driveway and the Tri-County Corridor is a couple minutes away. Park, unload and you’re ready to hit the trails! Your well-behaved dog is also welcome (pet fee applies).

This property is full of beautiful old growth maples, Oaks and white Pines. The area in which the cabin in located has a wonderful chain of lakes all inner connected great for Kayaking, Canoeing and Fishing. Cabin is nestled nicely in the woods with plenty of outdoor space to watch the sunset or enjoy a nice fire by the lake.

Amenities include 2 single kayaks available with paddles and one double for 2 folks. Assortment of life jackets. Two wood stoves in the cabin with plenty of wood available in the covered wood shed. The cabin has an outdoor hot tub in operation during the spring, summer, and fall and a sauna available all year. Corn hole boards and zip line up to 250lbs.

Inside: 3 TVs- one with DVD player and one with DVD/VHS combo (with a good selection of family movies). Air hockey table. Fully stocked kitchen and all linens provided.

The cabin does have a window air conditioning in the main living area and it has several fans that keep it cool. WiFi and we get a good cell phone signal.

In this year-round cabin, you will find a full kitchen, bathroom, one private bedroom with a queen size bed, dining and living room with couch for additional sleeping, and a loft that has 2 single beds and an attic nook with additional space if needed.
We have upgraded our water system to include a 40-gallon hot water heater and a new state-of-the-art water filtration system.
There is enough space for parking one to two vehicles (depending on the size). If you have trailers or additional vehicles, you may rent the space next to the cabin for an additional $50 per stay…but only during the fall and winter months: September 30 through April 30.

The Cabin is located 50 feet from beautiful Lake Nebagamon with 135 ft of lake frontage to enjoy. The home has 600 square feet of living area and with heat and air conditioning. It's a great spring, summer and fall getaway. There is an 80 foot dock to enjoy, picnic table, barbecue grill and patio. Fish outside your front door, pitch a tent in the front yard, bike along the very quiet road, enjoy the local restaurants, try your golf game at six local golf courses.

This cute two-bedroom, one-bath cabin is on a small quiet lake near the Town of Iron River, which is only a few minutes away for great Pizza, groceries, and other fun shops and eateries.
The interior of the cabin has knotty pine throughout, beautiful lake views from the dining area, and lots of Northwood charm. It features a fully equipped kitchen, and the separate dining area is a great space for card games, puzzles, wildlife viewing, and enjoying the catch of the day. The living room adjoins the kitchen, creating a nice open space. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Outside is a fire pit by the lake for s'more fun on starry nights plus outdoor patio furniture to relax on those sunny afternoons.
When you are sitting on the dock it will not take you long to appreciate this quiet setting. McCarry Lake is a 32-acre lake. It has a maximum depth of 21 feet. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye.
Bring your own paddleboard, kayak, or canoe to paddle around this tranquil lake. There is no public landing on McCarry Lake and the Pike Chain of Lakes is not accessible from McCarry Lake.
If you want to explore the Pike Chain, pontoons are available for rent at Buskey Bay Resort at 715-372-4580.
Located in the Chequamegon National Forest, and less than an hour from Bayfield and the Apostle Islands to the east. Duluth, MN is about an hour to the west, for a fun day trip to Canal Park. There are some fantastic hiking spots nearby at Amicon Falls, about a half-hour from the cabin. The Brule area also has popular river trips available too.

- "Have you ever booked a place, driven 5 hours, and then arrived to find out it wasn't as pictures showed. The minute I pulled up for my week long solitude retreat this place felt like home. I brought my inflatable kayak, a bunch of books & art supplies, and comfort food.....and it was a great way to just chill. Decided to venture out to Brule River for some hiking and kayaking adventures, and did not dissappoint! Great location, Great Spot, and perfect for a solo getaway."

Norpine A-frame is located in Barnes, WI among the eleven Eau Claire Chain of lakes, which are spring fed and crystal clear. Filled with Walleye, Northern, Musky, Bass and Panfish. The driveway winds up through the pine trees and opens at the top to this precious hidden gem of an A-frame cabin sitting on 1 acre of land. The cabin name was formed around the experience you get driving up north to the cabin and passing all the Norway Pine trees and the cabin itself being nestled in between the pines, creating the name Norpine.

The cabin was built in 2002 with a newer addition added on the back that has been recently finished and turned into a living room with a queen sofa bed. The room has its own door for privacy. There is a loft with a queen bed, closet, and ½ bath located in the main part of the cabin. A full bath (toilet, sink, shower) and full kitchen/dining are located on the main level. The cabin has been remodeled with a more modern style but still keeping that up north cabin feel in mind.

The property boasts a wide range of wildlife and deer can be spotted daily from the back patio door. This provides a more unique experience of viewing wildlife up close and personal.

There is a lot to do in and around the area such as ATV trail riding, snowmobiling, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, dining, wine tasting, and going to the beach. Looking to just relax and get away with nothing to do… Well, the cabin is wonderful enough to enjoy on its own!

- "The A-frame has everything you need for a trip up north and more! Their kitchen is well stocked if you wanted to do some cooking. The wi-fi was crazy fast and if we had enough time I'd definitely think it would be fast enough to work remotely. The bed was a queen sized and very comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. We spent a lot of time outside and really enjoyed using the grill and fire pit. They have plenty of seating options and provide all the things need to grill and had plenty of wood. You can see the neighbors through the trees but the property still felt private and secluded. The closest store is about 15-20 minutes away so plan accordingly. I would definitely come back and was sad to see that the property is already booked out so far!"

The Loon's Nest is situated by the water's edge on Buskey Bay at The Spot near Iron River. The cabin has retained its rustic charm but offers stylish accents such as electric fireplaces in both bedrooms, wifi, smart TV, and even a mini air fryer! The living room looks out to the lake with an incredible view. The cabin also features a lakefront deck, a common firepit where you can roast s'mores and tell stories as stars fill the night sky.
The common area also has a charcoal grill, yard games and by the lake you'll find a 2 person kayak and a couple of paddle boards. The pier is mere steps from the cabin for swimming, boating, and fishing.The Pike Chain of Lakes boasts over 2,000 acres of stunningly clear water, creating an interconnected system of nine lakes. This expansive chain includes four fully navigable lakes seamlessly connected to five smaller lakes, accessible through narrower channels, offering a diverse and scenic waterway network.
Open all year, come enjoy winter activities at the Spot Resort! Ice-Skating, Cross-Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, and Ice fishing. Gear and equipment for these winter sports are not included with your stay but bring your gear of choice and enjoy! Please adhere to parking rules for snowmobiles on the property. This is an above a huge garage mother in law apartment. Newly built, 2 bedrooms, lake views and on Lake Nebagamon with 214 ft of lake frontage. 2 acres, share a dock, bring a boat or rent one of mine for $495/day. There is 4 bedroom 2 bath cabin in front of this apartment. Shared lot I own both but you have access to the lake and fire pit also.

- "I probably should have read the description more carefully. The small apartment was above a garage and we did not have access to the garage. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster oven, and a two burner hotplate. The refrigerator was a dorm size refrigerator. One of the closets did not have a bar for hanging clothes. The towels were old pool towels. We had to go buy towels, a bar for the closet, a full length mirror, and some knives to cut things with. There was no walkway from the parking area to the 17 stairs going up to the apartment and we had to walk through wet grass in the mornings. The only air conditioner in one bedroom, froze the bedroom and didn’t have enough capacity to cool the rest of the apartment. The bedroom with the air conditioner was big enough, but the second bedroom with the bunkbeds was tiny. There was no furniture in either bedroom, except for the beds. The owner lived next-door and had a license plate that appropriately said: SLUMLRD! It was quiet at night when you turned off the air conditioner, and, there were a lot of ceiling fans. Like I said earlier, I probably should have read the description in more detail. It was very convenient to the village of Lake Nebagamon."

Your space is a self-contained apartment on the lower level of our 2.5 story home. It features a private entry, queen-sized bed, kitchenette, lower level private deck, access our beautiful grounds & more! We're a family of artists who love to travel & to introduce others to our beautiful part of the world.

There is no AC, but lower level stays cool (about 72 degrees) all summer. Additional fridge access on the outer patio.

The house and grounds are available. The shop and garage is pretty much unavailable. However, maybe in the winter a parking space may be usable. Have to play that by ear as the winter wears on.

We are just an hour from the Apostle Islands, Bayfield, Hayward, Ashland, Wi or Duluth, Mn. As you head north to Lake Superior surrounded by the silence of the forest, you can relax , away from the bustle of everyday life. The famous Bois Brule River is a short walk down the hill.

Our cabin is very quiet. We are on 3 acres.


Our place is a cabin. Not a house. We aren't fancy but comfortable.

The space
You will have the larger portion of a duplex cabin. This is a cabin, not a house...not fancy, but cozy. We do have central air for the few hot days of summer. Parking is free and it's very private with your own entrance. We do have wifi . Passcode is in the cabinet by the refrigerator. We have our own well, tested yearly, with great water so you can save on buying the bottled stuff.
Your space has an open view of the majestic pines of the Brule River forest. Watching for deer and other wildlife while eating on the deck is part of the fun.
We have a modern kitchen that is well stocked, there's a toaster, coffeepot, kuerig, microwave and cooking pots and pans. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, smart tv and a large closet. The space is unsuitable for kids under 10 years old. The second bedroom is actually a tv room with vhs with a twin bed. There's also a futon to sleep on in the living room.
The indoor fireplace is usable but you would have to bring your own wood, either maple or oak, as the firepit wood is windfall and no good for it.
The master bath has a shower and a vintage jacuzzi tub.
The 1/2 bath is also a laundry room which you may use. Detergent is provided.
There's a firepit and a charcoal grill. We will provide wood for the firepit and charcoal for the grill. The deck has a table and chairs.
In the warmer months, Just a 3 minute walk and you're at the famous Brule River. Dip your toes in, bring a book to read listening to the rushing water, or go for a canoe ride. It's beautiful.
If fishing, please clean fish outside and burn remains in firepit. (BEARS)
A short 5 minute walk up the road is the Hungry Trout Restaurant/bar. (Closed often in the winter)
There are ATV/Snowmobile trails, and cross country trails everywhere around us. The State forest is across the road.
Our granddaughter lives in the other smaller area of the cabin. She does have 2 cats. Pixel the calico is friendly. Don't let her in your cabin please.
There's deer, wild turkeys, fox, raccoons, skunks, etc so don't leave any food or scraps outside.
Only shared space is parking area with grand daughter.
When you leave please take all cans, glass, bottles with you. Burnable trash you may leave.

Just 4.5 miles south is the Town of Brule. We are 1 1/2 mi from Brule River Wedding Barn. In Brule you'll find restaurants, bars, gas and convenience store, bank, post office, car repair shop, antique store, and canoe/kayak rentals. Restaurants are closed Mondays except for the Kro Bar which does have a lunch menu. Pizza Parlor with larger menu than pizza is open every day 11-8, weekends later. (Excellant pizza too)
For groceries the Town of Iron River, 6 miles from Brule to the East, has the IGA that is well stocked. Also a library, clinic, several churches, bank, 2 convenience stores, gas, restaurants, bars etc.
We are pretty much central to Hayward, Duluth/Superior, and Ashland/Bayfield and the Apostle Islands. It's about an hour or less to any of those.

The space
The home has recently had a new split level entry addition put on it along with the second upstairs bedroom. It does have some finishing touches to do. The downstairs is next! It does show some signs of the walls needing to be touched up along with the floor. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The 3rd bed is in the downstairs along with the second bathroom, living room and kids play room.

There is no cable but lots of movies and a bunch of local channels. There are 4 tvs one in each livingroom, the main bedroom and our sons playroom downstairs. Each tv has a DVD player to watch movies on.

If you are planning on bringing your ATV, Park your trailer for the weekend in the spacious driveway and ride directly from the yard.

You will be given a key code so you can enter and leave as you please during your stay. We have taken all belonings out of the bedrooms dressers so u can use them and placed them in the closet which will be locked. The garage will remain locked as well

Our vacation rental home is clean and well-equipped with all the usual amenities of a home. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker with coffee/tea, a toaster oven, a crockpot, a skillet, and general cooking and baking supplies.

We provide linens and towels and have a washer, dryer, and soap for your convenience. If you're feeling fancy or dislike wrinkles, we also have an iron and a small ironing board.

Stay cool in the summer with central air conditioning and warm in the winter with in-floor and central furnace heating.

We provide smart TVs, Amazon Fire sticks, and Prime Video (sorry, no cable or satellite). If you want more options, you can log into your favorite streaming service through the Fire TV Stick, but please remember to log out before you leave. We also offer a curated movie collection, board games, and a propane fire pit in the front porch area for those of you who are outdoor fire-starting challenged (myself included on that list). You'll have lots to enjoy!

Guests have full access to the entire home and yard, except for the garage, the back parking area, and the owners' closets, which are reserved for private use by the owners only. Guests can enjoy the seasonal (May 1st to November 1st or later, weather permitting) dog park with an adjacent fire pit (please bring your own firewood), front porch propane fire pit, and grill. The walking trails are not cleared during the winter, but they can be used for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.

A welcome book is provided on the premises upon arrival. Please take a moment to review this information. Most questions related to the house and its premises are addressed in this book. We are a dog-friendly home (with a maximum of 2 dogs), but please notify us in advance if you plan to bring yours, as we charge an additional pet fee. We kindly request that you clean up after your dog (both inside and outside) and do not leave your dog unattended in the home unless it is kenneled.

Any ATVs/UTVs can only be driven on our driveways, not around our property or down the walking path.

Please note that our fly season runs from September to October. Despite weekly spraying, flies remain uncontrolled in this area. On the bright side, it makes for a great fishing season.

We have four security cameras outside the house that are actively recording, primarily to provide security when the home is vacant.

Owners may be on-site in the owner's designated area for general upkeep and maintenance on Sundays or Mondays.

The First Floor
The first floor boasts an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Off the living room is a main floor owner's bedroom with attached bathroom complete with walk-in, tiled shower. Also located on the main floor is the utility/laundry room and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The three season porch is also off the living room. There is an additional dining, sitting, and sleeping area in there during the warmer months.

The Second Floor
The second floor features four bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One room has an additional built in bunk bed. There is a third, full bathroom with shower upstairs and an additional sitting/TV area. note: we’ve recently replaced the upstairs shower with a new round corner shower as the previous one had a leak. All is fresh and ready to go!

Both TVs are Smart Roku TVs - we now provide Hulu, Netflix, HBOMax, Peacock, Disney+, and ESPN+

You will have access to the whole property except for the locked owner's closet located in the bathroom off of the laundry room. Take care around the property as there is an artesian well to the east of the house and a small stream resulting from that runoff. Guests should be aware that we are in a very private, wooded area, so there is wildlife. We have had many turkeys, deer, and even bears visit the property. Except for the bear, they have all been very respectful. Do not leave food outside and be sure to clean the grill after use!

We prohibit the use of pesticides or bug bombs being used in our property. Mosquitoes & other bugs are to be expected up north. We have a summer screen porch to help enjoy the outdoors without mosquitoes. We also highly recommend bringing Thermocell mosquito repellent systems and/or personal bug repellent for your self and others in your party.
Using bug bombs or the like on the property will come with a fee of $100-200 per violation. We love our pollinators.

If you have a fire in our fire pit, you are responsible for ensuring it is completely out prior to leaving it unattended. Fires found still smoldering will cost you an additional $50. Please use our outdoor hose to douse the fire.
