Sunny Charming Studio Apartment on Nob Hill's famous Powell Street Cable Car Line. This apartment leaps out of the TV show small spaces and packs a powerful punch and bang for price, accommodations and location. Just 1/4 block to The Fairmont Hotel, 1 Block to the Mark Hopkins, 3 blocks to the Ritz Carlton, 5 Blocks to Union Square, 1 Block to Chinatown, and 5 Blocks to North Beach (little Italy). Nestled near the Top of Nob Hill in a 1920's Boutique Apartment building the apartment features 9 foot high ceilings with period Crown Molding, refinished hardwood floors, updated Bath and Kichen. The space has a new Queen Size Bed, 50" Flat Screen TV, Comcast cable, and WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen including 20" 4 burner stove, oven, broiler, microwave, under counter refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and coffer press. Large byfold closet shelving for clothes, and a small double hanging closet for garments, and shirts.
Tastefully painted and decorated for a fraction of the cost of the nearby hotels.

- "Relaxed friendly and above all comfortable" - "Clean, safe but small but worth it." - "I have stayed at Jewel studio for 1.5 months, extended once. This is the second time I have stayed at this building with a different unit. As for Jeff properties, you can be sure of his aesthetics and one-of-a-kind selections, like the vault ceiling, track lighting with dimmers, two-toned paints, pretty furnishings, and of course, very comfortable bed, flowers and candy to welcome your arrival. He has provided ample sets of cleaned towels, sheets to last throughout your stay. What I love most about this unit is the custom TV shelf with cute decorated items, lots of storage spaces alongside and in the many cabinet shelf. The white craved piece up on the top of the cabinet is what I love most. The mirror with the bottom scroll piece is unique and very enjoyable to look at. I had been reminded and cautioned by Jeff about how compact the kitchen is. However, I have found it to be adequate as there are various countertop spaces on the top of the kitchen cabinet, around the sink, and in between. Many stocked spices for you to use. The main area of this unit is by no means small as you have a Queen bed, end table by each sides and very beautiful table lamps. The bi-fold closets are wide and tall for your storage needs. The closet upon entry has rods for clothes, luggage, or other items. Oh, the kitchen faucet is very functional and high end, it can spray, turn around in any direction to meet your needs. Overall, I am overjoyed that I insisted upon booking this unit, as it is certainly very enjoyable stay. Jeff has again been very accommodating and hand on when little issue arises. Highly recommend. This unit offers queen size bed and single sofa sleeper, large flat screen tv, high speed WIFI, fully stocked kitchen and bath, all you need is your suitcases. Newly painted, large walk in closet, super clean and safe building in paramount location.
I recently had a guest request the sofa sleeper to be removed to allow 2 queen size bed so it would be more comfortable for 4 adults. I can also do that for two adults that prefer separate queen size beds. The last two photos represent that arrangement. Let me know in advance if you prefer this arrangement.

- "They were very welcoming at front desk upon checkin and let me check in early. Quick to respond to any inquiries. Even when booking through VRBO they will want to talk with u about a timeshare like thing. They said they would not do this with me because I was not traveling with my husband. Wow-bit sexist, but i think they wanted to have both household members present to close a deal. Glad i got out if that. Nice quiet apartment. Walking distance to conference at Hyatt Embarcadero. There is hill walking though, but it was 15-20 min walk."
