The Space:
Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. This is the second unit from the front of the building. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

Two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs allow for privacy and can accommodate 4 adults, 2 children while the downstairs living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. We can sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably!

We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with (all brand new) a pack 'n play for the little ones to sleep, a high-chair, stroller, and a variety of seal-able containers for food on the go. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway!

Our garage with code-pad entry fits one small sedan inside and you can park another vehicle of any size directly outside the garage. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach.

We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so if you need to do any laundry you can help yourself. We also provide the detergent.

The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.

Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.

There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. - "Great rental house. Good location. Owners very nice." - "We spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed our time. The house was very clean and so cute. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Enjoyed watching folks walk so many dogs! It was a great location where we could walk to Vons and some restaurants. And then Ubered to the beach nearby. Also Ubered down to see a Padres game and enjoy the gas lamp district. Our only challenge was that our Yukon didn’t fit in the garage. We were informed ahead of time it may not fit, so it wasn’t a surprise. Sometimes we could find parking in front of the house, and a few times we had to park several blocks away. We didn’t cook, but the house is well stocked with kitchen accessories. I did wash bath towels a few times and it was nice to have washer, dryer and soap provided. We highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay. We would stay there again!!"

Beautiful triplex with in-ground spa 1/2 block from the beach. This is a two level townhouse. The first floor has two bedrooms each with a sliding glass door to a large private patio. Each bedroom has a queen bed with thick mattress and a plush auto inflate queen size air beds should the need arise.

There is a large remodeled bathroom with a separate makeup vanity. Brand new washer and dryer.

Large hallway closet for storing sports gear or bikes.

Upstairs is the living room with a large ceiling fan, lots of windows and air conditioning, kitchen and dining area with a balcony overlooking the spa.
