The beach is exactly 12 blocks away from the house. You can walk or rent bikes, there is a shop a block away from the house. If thats not an option because you are bringing the boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, chairs and other stuff that you will find in the house for your use, I recommend to take an uber, is only about $5, more inexpensive than parking.

This property is very spacious and bright with natural light. Located in Pacific Beach, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house comes with its own entranceand parking space (for 1 vehicle).
This open layout is complete with a full-size kitchen, fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. Enjoy lunch at the dining table with seating for 4 people (3 adults max) or relax on the leather couch that also opens up to be a queen size bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. There are ceiling fans in both rooms and with all the windows open you can really enjoy the summer breeze on those warm summer nights.This house does have an a/c unit in the main living space (living room/kitchen). My kids LOVED and enjoyed the loft upstairs. The beds were comfortable, clean and the decor is perfect. We spent a week here in June and didn’t want to leave. You’re close to downtown, great parks and beaches. We visited old town San Diego, pacific beach, La Jolla and downtown and it was all within 15 minutes or less. We also spent a couple of days in legoland and that was only about a 25 minute drive. Bathroom cabinet in master bath needs to be replaced but nothing to deter you from not staying here. Our cleaning standards are higher than the guidelines provided by any vacation rental site and the local and federal authorities, we use steamers and sanitation smoke blasters. Our cleaning companies were instructed to use the products listed in the health department site only. Our cleaning staff gets their temperature checked daily. We also have a self-check in and out process so there is not contact with anyone.

It sleeps up to 6 for a weekend, 4 for a week and anything over a week, we prefer 2.

This airy and light loft is a sanctuary to relax into. The 13' ceilings and ample windows give it a spacious and roomy feel. You have everything you need, yet is not cluttered or cramped. It is well thought out and very organized.

There is a separate entrance and is very private from our main house. Nestled in a well established residential area that is predominantly original owners and people who were raised in this soulful beach community.

You'll feel at home in this peaceful home. It's a great place to unwind and recharge your batteries. Yet, there are plenty of restaurants, stores and places for outdoor adventures within 4-10 blocks of our home.

This kitchen is open to living room and has everything you need, including a dishwasher. There are several grocery stores within blocks, so that you can eat in and relax at home.

It comes with it's own washer and dryer for your convenience and savings!

Our weather is ideal for outdoor dining on the balcony off of the kitchen and sun bathing on the roof deck in the chaise lounge chairs. There is also a bistro table with four chairs on the roof deck, for enjoying sunset while you dine!

Walk four blocks west, and enjoy the best stretch of the beaches in Pacific Beach - well known Law Street Beach. It has a nice grassy bluff to watch sunsets from. Public bathrooms for your convenience. The surf there is gentle and small, ideal for young children and inexperienced beach goers. Yet, the surf just blocks to the North is more enticing for those water lovers who want to hit up the surf.

This Law Street Beach is also the North end of the boardwalk that goes south for miles. It's a fun stroll along to see the fun PB has to offer and also great for bikes, making it a nice beach cruise.

The bay is due South of us (9 blocks) and has it's own boardwalk that lines it in a full circle. More quiet and laid back than the ocean boardwalk and fun to see the sail boats glide along with ease.

The Primary Bedroom has direct access into the bathroom. The rooms are comfortable, as are the beds. The entire loft (minus the bathroom) has an awesome real wood floor that is unique and wonderful to walk on. The bathroom has a beautiful tile floor. This is a non-smoking property; vaping, e-cigs, cigs and cigars. Thank you!

The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.

Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our condo is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.

There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 40 inch smart tv and an in unit washer and dryer in the closet. If you need to get some work done, the master also has a desk and chair where you can take advantage of our high speed wifi to keep you connected and productive.

The second bedroom is on the smaller side but does not lack comfort or coziness with its full size 12 inch memory foam bed and ceiling fan. Under the bed you will find a 2 drawer clothing storage to unpack your clothes. Additional storage space can be found in the master closet.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ This property has 5 apartments on it. Our 3 units share one building and the back of the property has another 2 units with long term renters. The entrance to the complex is shared with the other tenants as well as the front yard area with picnic tables. Each unit has its own private picnic table.
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**

1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 5 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.

3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

4) Must be 21 years and older to book.

5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. - "This house was really close to the beach. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed sitting on the patio and interacting with the people and dogs walking to the beach. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was supplied with the necessary plates, pans and coffee makers. Only issue was the couch/futon that folded open to a bed, was uncomfortable. Our house is in a quiet residential area in pacific beach with a beautiful garden, quiet and spacious.
Everything in the home is modern, european style, artsy, open and light.

The room is large, has a california king bed, a desk, free wireless internet, airc onditioner and fan, a modern bathroom and a view of the garden.
The room has a little refrigerator.

Your studio has direct access to the garden and roof top deck, with chairs and a view of the ocean and bay.

The house is on a quiet street and with the bikes or electro scooter ( very cheap for rent all over PB ) you will have a beautiful 5 minute ride to one of the most beautiful beaches.

We are close to Garnet Street, the main businesss street in Pacific Beach for shopping, restaurants and yoga classes.

-Close to the ocean and Kate Sessions park
-close to Mount Soledad with a view over the entire San Diego area.
-La Jolla is 5 minutes in the car,
-Downtown and airport 10 minutes away
-Sea world a 5 minute drive,
-San Diego Zoo a 15 minute drive

If you like fireworks, go to the deck and you can sometimes see the Seaworld fireworks in the summer.

Pacific Beach has a lot of restaurants and a beautiful pier and beach. It's a short drive to La Jolla with even more restaurants, more upscale.

The number 30 bus, that goes to downtown, old town and UCSD is a 7 minute walk away. It connects to the San Diego trolley system.
