We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs, no other animals. Dogs should not be left alone at any time unless they are crate trained and can remain inside the crate without causing noise disturbances. We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests’ dogs. If any damage occurs, a separate charge will be applied to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.

Make your visit to wine country memorable with a stay at the 5 star reviewed Historic Dayton Wine House on the National Historic Registry. You’ll feel the grandness of this 1885 Victorian home right when you step inside and experience its 11 foot ceilings and oversized rooms. This is the prominent home on the Dayton town square featuring over 3400 finished square feet, comfortably sleeping 11 people in 5 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Perfect for both large or small groups.

It is very important to us that sleeping be a luxurious experience the same as staying at a high end hotel: the mattresses are so comfortable and the linens and towels are all clean, white and high quality, that guests frequently ask where they can get them for their own homes.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a gourmet meal, with room for several chefs to cook at once. The 10 foot farmhouse table is a great gathering place and comfortably seats 12 people. There is a propane Weber for grilling and a large deck for enjoying a glass of wine outside. The half acre yard is perfect for kids or adults playing lawn games or just relaxing in the hammocks. Directly across the street the town square is a park including a playground, dog park and basketball court.

After a day of exploring and wine tasting, settle in to watch a movie on the theater-sized 135” HD projection TV with Paradigm speakers, or relax and listen to music in one of the leather club chairs in the adjacent living room. Or just take a soothing salt soak in the clawfoot tub.

For dining, walk a few blocks to The Joel Palmer house, one of the best fine dining restaurants in the Willamette Valley whose menu centers around mushrooms and truffles the owners forage. For breakfast, just walk directly across the street to The Blockhouse Cafe in an immaculately restored 1886 church.

Juanita’s Cafe has ice-cream in the front and excellent Mexican food in the back. Seufert winery and tasting room is also directly across the street from the wine house.

- "Wow…just, wow!! The house was well beyond our expectations. It’s gorgeous and so well appointed and equipped with everything we needed or wanted. The view and outdoor space are spectacular. In addition, the hospitality was truly above and beyond! They left a vase of flowers outside the door our first morning there and were super attentive to questions and requests throughout our stay. My group of friends and I have been to the Willamette Valley several times over the past decade. This house and its hosts stand out as exceptional. I would be delighted to book it again!"

This beautiful wine cottage is nestled in the heart of wine country in the Willamette Valley. It sits just off Stoller road, moments away from Stoller Vineyard. Just beyond are many renowned vineyards such as Domaine Serene, Domaine Droughin, White Rose Estate, and Sokol Blosser. One of my favorites is Soter Vineyard. You will need to call for reservations but it is absolutely special in quality and setting and I can't say enough good things. Treat yourselves to a provisional tasting if you get the chance! Sitting only 10 minutes to McMinnville, 7 minutes to Dundee, and 40 miles to Portland you can enjoy everything the region has to offer.

If you go to YouTube and search 'Wine Country Cottage' there is some drone footage of the outside of the cottage and surrounding area. I can't include a direct link since they are stripped out by the booking platform.

The cottage is almost always stocked with multiple complimentary or two for one tasting cards you can use at some of the regional vineyards. These are often changing so there is no guarantee exactly which ones we will have on hand at one time, but there will definitely be some! For example the most recent batch of tastings include Domaine Serene, Sokol Blosser, Stoller, Cougar Crest, Natalie's Vineyard, and Dobbes Tasting Room.

There are multiple wonderful restaurants and breweries a short drive away as well. The Painted Lady in Newberg has incredible food offerings and an exquisite wine list. It is one of the better fine dining establishments in the entire region.

The cottage has a full kitchen and comfortable living area that connects directly to a private back patio area with a full fire pit. There is nothing like sipping wine by the fire on a beautiful summer night in the Pacific Northwest. You can easily sleep four adults and a couple of kids. The spiral staircase is a bit steep so we recommend kids older than 8 years old to be safe.

There is a full private bedroom with queen bed on the main level, and another queen bed in the upstairs loft. There is also a sleeper sofa in another section of the loft. The living area has a new 4K HDTV, WiFi, and integrated streaming for Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos and most any other streaming option that you personally have access to.

Newberg, Dundee, and Lafayette have quite a few antique shops to peruse for your enjoyment. Don't forget to check the calendar in McMinnville as they often have quite a few events throughout the year to enjoy. The UFO Festival and the International Pinot Noir Festival are not to be missed! The cottage sits just off Stoller Road only moments from Highway 99, giving you easy access to one of the main thoroughfares in the region.

Water is on a well, please note although safe it does have a bit of a "salty" taste. It is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and cooking if preferred.

Fruit orchard and 400 blueberry bushes, wild blackberries and our winery a short walk through the vineyard down the hill. Plenty of walking/hiking available on property and in the Eola Hills. We designed and built our home and moved in 2003. We reside here 6 months of the year. Our guests rooms give each couple the opportunity for a private get away. Each of our three beautiful guest rooms features a private bath and french doors that open onto a deck overlooking the vineyard with a semi-private sitting area. Each ensuite bath has a large walk-in custom shower and our Eola Amity room also includes free-standing tub.

With our included bed and breakfast service you won't have to worry about the details. Enjoy a 3 course hand crafted hot breakfast served daily, menus can be worked out in advance to meet your dietary needs. We have small batch estate wine available, cheese platters and lot's of extra options to make your stay special. Plus we worry about all the details such as bed/bath linens, trash, plus cleaning and disinfecting.

We stay on site in our private quarters to ensure that your group is well taken care of during your stay at the vineyard. We use our main kitchen to prepare and serve breakfast 6am-noon. Then we use the main kitchen and our event BBQ barn from noon-5pm for wine pick-up and wine club member sip and shop appointments. Note wine club members or day visitors do not have access to the main guest house spaces. For private group rentals, we are happy to arrange a private wine tasting anytime during your stay.

Sitting in the heart of Oregon wine country there are countless vineyards minutes away as well as shopping, restaurants, and entertainment throughout the region.

The Guest Home is set up beautifully for some indoor / outdoor living. The main living area opens up onto a gorgeous patio with a central water feature just beyond. The kitchen is fairly small though has all the main features if your group needs. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom which opens up on to its own private patio. This bedroom is also ADA compliant and is perfect for guests where stairs are a challenge. It also offers a deep soaking tub as well as a standing shower. Upstairs you will find four additional bedrooms. Three are completely private with one connected to a large sitting area where one of the other bedrooms shares. Many of the the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms but please refer to the digital floor plans for specifics. The single level home makes it a great option for anyone where stairs are a challenge. The open floor plan integrates the living, kitchen and dining areas. Every bit of the furnishing and décor is brand new and was curated to create the perfect blend of style and comfort.

The primary bed room has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The additional two bedrooms have queen beds which share the second full bathroom. You will notice there is tons of natural light throughout the home making it a special place any time of the year.

Another great feature is the enormous fenced backyard which is amazing for kiddos and pets that stay. There is ample seating and a small fire table to enjoy anytime the weather cooperates.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Looking to get away from the City? Drive down a country road to a pond side cottage on 15 beautiful acres with a one acre pond. Have your morning coffee outside and listen to all the birds singing. A Little History

Not a lot is known regarding the origins of M-System Manufacturing Company other than the early “coach-style” models are extremely rare. They started operations in 1935 and built trailers through the 60′s. Early models, such as our 1951 Special Deluxe, reflect many of the same characteristics as cars from this era. The M-System’s front corner windows, called Hollywood Windows, were made of curved glass. At the time, other trailer manufactures were using Plexiglas as a less expensive and inferior alternative.

Our 27 foot 1951 M-System Special Deluxe is definitely something special. The original restoration was started by “Aloha” Dan in Orange Country and then finished off by FlyteCamp. When you step into it you’re immersed in the original pine woodwork that covers practically every surface. Our favorite feature in this trailer is the cozy bedroom where you can snuggle in a queen size bed surrounded by beautiful wood walls in every direction. It’s something you have to experience to truly appreciate.

The guest house is two stories with a bedroom located upstairs that has the 1/2 bath en suite. The additional sleeping arrangements are the sofa bed downstairs. Kitchenette with necessary cooking equipment and wine drinking essentials. There are privacy screens in the back yard and the house has great ease of access through the keypad. Owners will be in the main house, but will not disturb your stay.

The space
Comfy guest home on 2.5 serene acres in the heart of Oregon's wine country! Our rental is a town-home style separated by a common wall to the main house. We call it the East Wing of our home due to the unique set up of our rental. Although we share a common wall, it is very quiet. We rarely hear our renters and vise versa. The rental is 800 sq ft of private space, with your own parking and keyless entry. There is also a private lawn area, BBQ, picnic table and adirondack chairs for you to use.

The downstairs has 1 bedroom with a King bed and full bath with extra blankets and pillows also.

Upstairs is the living area with a reading nook, kitchenette, dining nook, and 1/2 bath. Vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and plenty of light. Kitchen has everything you need, coffee maker (keurig) , tea pot, mini fridge, dishwasher, induction hot plate for cooking (no range/oven), blender, toaster, plenty of dishes and wine glasses. Plenty of spices and olive oil for cooking!
The guest house has a smart TV with Netflix and HBO. There are also many DVD movies, board games and books for your stay.

The outdoor gas BBQ is also for your use. All BBQ utensils, including skewers are located in the kitchen cabinets. After your busy day, relax in our back yard under the string lights while you enjoy the views and sunset.

We are close to over 20 vineyards within 5 miles! Centrally located to Newberg, Dundee, Carlton and McMinnville. The Oregon Coast is about an hour and 30 min drive from here.

Your own private access is through the back door of the rental next to your own patio. There are 2.5 acres of quiet yard to enjoy, or watch the sunset while relaxing with a glass of wine.

Other things to note
While we do live across from Stoller Vineyard, it is about a 10 minute walk to their tasting room from our home.

During hazelnut harvest, around early October, please leave windows closed during the day when you leave, as harvest can happen at any moment and is very dusty :)

Please limit vehicles to two. Parking is available for one car next to the rental and in front of our garage for the other. Please do not park on the grass or block the gravel driveway, thank you!

The space
Our beautiful cottage was once a three car garage! So pardon our quirks! Our unit features a full glass panel garage door that can be left open during the summer months (June-August). We offer a small kitchenette featuring a two top induction stove, toaster over, keurig coffee maker, and a kitchen island.

This is a two bedroom cottage with two queen sized beds with dressers. Hangers are available with limited hanging space. Both rooms have blackout blinds.

You will find a dining table with seating for four. As well as a leather couch and smart TV with streaming apps. WIFI Available. Board games and Pool Table.

You will find a BBQ on the deck along with outdoor seating.

This is the prominent home on the Dayton town square featuring over 3400 finished square feet, comfortably sleeping up to 13 people in 5 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. It is very important to us that sleeping be a luxurious experience the same as staying at a high end hotel: the mattresses are so comfortable and the linens and towels are all clean, white and high quality, that guests frequently ask where they can get them for their own homes.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. P If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.
