The living area with the 70" television is also a common area accessible to our guests. It also has DirecTV and a Firestick. It’s the perfect stop for a good night sleep when traveling. We are close to Memphis in May activities, Beale Street, Graceland, Memphis Airport and Snowden Grove Baseball park. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The room is an upstairs room that features the most comfortable queen bed and adjustable base.. The room also has a reclining love seat and recliner to watch tv. You have your own clean private bath and shower. We have an air mattress for kids. It is very private.

The home is located 2.8 miles away from Interstate 55. It is so easy to access from the interstate. The location is safe and quiet. Beale street is only 19 miles away. All the attractions locally and in Memphis such as: Graceland, FedEx Forum, Casinos, Snowden Grove Baseball Park, Tanger Outlet, Bass Pro Shop and the Landers Center are close by this home. Memphis in May activities are also nearby. The room will be very private and comfortable. We do have an air mattress if you need it for kids.

We are located in the path of Fed Ex Planes and encourage guests to use the fan provided.

We are in a planned community with lakes and walking trails. Our location in north Mississippi is close to several things in the Memphis, TN area. There are two large parks and ball fields located in Southaven, MS and Olive Branch. Several baseball tournaments are held at Snowden Grove Park. We are a 20 minute drive to Memphis International Airport. Just a 30 minute drive to downtown Memphis for BBQ, music on Beale Street, concerts or sporting events at the FedEx Forum.

The space
This is a shared space in our house. We have two bedrooms with a queen bed, and a private bathroom between them. There is also a private bonus room with a large TV and mini fridge. There is a loft area with a shuffle board table for your use. Garage parking for one car. Plenty of driveway space for extra cars. We have an air mattress for the bonus room.

Guest access
You are welcome to use the kitchen and all outdoor areas.

During your stay
We are normally home and available to answer any questions about the area.

We do have one dog that is in the house. Please make sure you do not have any allergies to dogs.

This adorable townhouse comes with a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious laundry room. It is conveniently located and is in close proximity to Memphis, the airport, and several shopping areas and restaurants. This home is perfect for business travelers, couples, or small families. We do ask that guests refrain from making excessive noise, and we do not allow gatherings or parties because this is a quiet neighborhood.

The house has enough parking for two vehicles, and the parking spaces are right by the front door. Guests can eat in the breakfast area or on the covered patio on nice days.

Other things to note
This home is located near the airport, so airplanes do fly over the house pretty regularly. This may be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

Our newest rental. A tiny house on a beautiful horse boarding farm.

-Boasting a small hoofprint of 128 square feet with a loft. Ideally situated in a safe area for those visiting/passing through Memphis.

-Tranquil views of open fields, horses, and a variety of other furry friends at a working horse boarding barn.

-Stay solo or with someone you don't mind cozying up to. Ideal for mobile guests comfortable with stairs and tighter spaces.

The space
-Modern tiny house, big views. There's also a gravel patio area with a smokeless fire pit where guests can enjoy the sights and sounds of the farm.

-The property is a working horse boarding farm where we also host events and work on our endless list of projects. Guests often enjoy walking around and seeing the horses, pigs, ducks, geese, and chickens as well as other lucky encounters with wildlife like deer and songbirds.

-Unfortunately, we don't have any options for guests to ride horses at this time.

Guests can walk around the property and see the animals. We do kindly ask that guests not enter the barn or open any gates.
