The home will accommodate 6 adults with a Queen bed in each of the two bedrooms plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the Day Room. The rental area is located on the 3rd. floor with a fantastic view of Galveston/ Dickinson Bay. Enjoy your coffee as you watch the sun rise from the large deck on the second or third floor overlooking the waterfront. The second floor is private and no one occupies it during your rental. You are welcome to use the second floor deck for relaxing while you enjoy the cool breeze. The property features a 350 foot Lighted Pier with a fish cleaning table and running water, electricity, overhead lights at the end of the pier located on a large t-head, as well as lights that shine out into the water. There are several boat launches in the immediate area. There is a boat lift available for up to a 20 foot boat to raise it out of the water when you are not out fishing. The Home has central air and heat and the kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is a 55 inch Flat Screen TV in the living area with two smaller tvs in each of the bedrooms. Washer and dryer available in the guest bathroom for your convenience. Beautiful 1500 sq. ft waterfront home with a spacious yard. This home includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a sun room and open concept kitchen and living room. There is a couch in the living room that will fold out to a full size bed. There are also twin size bunk beds located in the sunroom. Plenty of space with a 300’ lighted pier for your fishing needs. Come enjoy yourself at this bay front oasis. This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the amazing view! This home is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk and 30 minutes from Galveston.

First was walking the pier, it is use at your own risk, so we did with all kids in lifejackets. We did clean up trash left behing by others not much but it was there. Would loved to have access to water bucket or water hose on the end of the dock while fishing. Lights were awesome for night time use. If you do catch fish, the freezer inside at the fridge does not work. We used the mini fridge for the freezer and luckily our fish filets did not go bad. Water dispenser and ice dispenser seemed to work when it wanted to, not a big deal bc we had ice and water bottles. Tv in master was broken, but Patrick knew so i was not worried of being charged bc of it. I used my own laundry pods, didnt notice any there. I would recommend bringing a cart to haul the fishing gear to and from the dock. Overall very good stay for the price. Will rent again."

I have 3 small pets which you may see occasionally. Pets live upstairs and only go outside to potty. If you have a small pet (dog) that is housebroken and gets along with others it is welcome to come on vacation with you. Please bring what you need to clean up after your pet goes potty. Cleaning up poop is not part of the cleaning fee. NOTE- There is not a fence around the pool or waterfront bulkhead to protect pet from falling in water. You may want to bring leash, kennel or pet play pen to keep your pet safe. Pets sometime will chase birds on the bulkhead and pier which could cause them to accidentally fall in water. Your pet's safety is your responsibility.

Located on Galveston bay Captains Quarters has a beautiful view of the sunrise over the water and Galveston in the distance. We have a lighted fishing pier and highly rated seafood restaurant next door with a boat ramp and dockside dining. The patio is just feet from the bay front and pier. We are on a deadend street so no traffic to worry with.
