Our home is RESIDENTIAL, and we have neighbors, so we ask that you keep noise down to a minimum after 11p and ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. The LIRR train station is 3 minute walk and only 2 blocks away.

The location was perfect for going to a concert at UBS arena, it was an 8 min walk, but it was along a pretty busy highway so at night we opted for a very short 4 min Uber back. And there’s tons of restaurants and a liquor store very close by. As of the place I would say it does the job nothing fancy or anything but that didn’t matter because basically just wanted a place to sleep/relax! And lastly for my taller guys (5’10+) the ceiling is pretty low but not a huge issue just a heads up. Overall I had a great stay and will be back for sure if I ever have to go back to UBS arena!"

It was the perfect location by Bayside bars, restaurants, train station and shopping center. The location is safe and in a nice neighborhood. The pool was heated and ready for us upon arrival. The pool table was a big hit. This house was perfect for our needs and we would stay again if we needed a large space to host friends and family. However, the iPad system was a little tricky to figure out. We were confused on how to operate the lights, fans and shades but figured it out. I recommend that the owners provide a little more detailed information to be able to use the system. There was an info sheet posted near the front door but not able to carry through the home. The split A/C systems seemed to only operate in some rooms. The kitchen was equipped but we did not do any cooking. Some of the kitchen cabinets were hard to open. The house is huge and it appears some things need to be repaired like outdoor outlets. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Property manager was responsive and gave us a courtesy call to let us know when someone came to work on an outdoor issue. Overall, excellent stay for us. We made many memories in a very unique home that made my son’s graduation very memorable."
