- "The property was very clean and the beds were nice and soft. The shower is huge and there was plenty of towels, paper products and even coffee and creamer. Although we did have an issue with the keurig that Carter tried to help troubleshoot. The master bedroom had a view of the back yard with access along the pavers on the side of the property. We enjoyed the table top gas fire pit and corn hole. You can unload your vehicle next to property, but parking is only along the road or in the surrounding neighborhood expect to park up to a 5 minute walk away. There is only a small couch/loveseat in living room and benches at the table."

The space
Keeping with the history of our 1926 home, we restored and retained many of the original pieces of this space, our guest suite is a mix of vintage and modern with the original kitchen sink and cabinets, exposed wood walls and metal fire doors, but we also brought in modern and eco-friendly updates with a marble walk-in shower and pump toilet. You will also find eco-friendly touches such as filtered water faucet, reusable dishes and soap dispensers for your use. This is a studio space with kitchenette and living room area. There is a queen bed with way too many pillows and 800 thread count sheets, a couch, a smart TV and Wifi. Double French doors open up to a tiny outdoor seating area (too small to call a patio but perhaps worthy of your morning coffee moment.)

Kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee french press, popcorn maker, ice trays, filtered water, dishes, silverware, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, wine & champagne glasses. Popcorn, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper.

Please note: Our VRBO studio space is located on the bottom floor of our home, from 10:30pm - 7am enjoy quiet. During the daytime hours there will be some noise from upstairs. We have a kitten, he is not allowed in the guest suite but we do launder bedding and towels in the same washer/dryer as the rest of the house. We have installed a eco-friendly pump toilet, the pump will run for several seconds when you flush the toilet or shower. You have your own private access to the guest suite and locking doors to the rest of the house. The queen bed is lofted, you will have to step up 2 stairs and reach it from the foot of the bed.

This space is set up for two guests, if you are interested in having more than 2, please contact for approval. There is also a $30 per each additional guest fee, maximum guests allowed is 4.

Please no smoking, vaping, or burning incense. No pets.

A classic Scandinavian design, convertible sofa is easily transformed from a sofa to a full size bed 47" x 79".

- No extra guests. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $100 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (2 guests)
-There is a $100 charge for any guest not listed on the original reservation.
- The cleaning fee covers washing the bedding and towels, bathrooms and floors. It does not include cleaning the kitchen or disposing of leftovers. Additional $60 will be charged for excessive cleaning after guests.
- Guests should wash their own dishes and leave the kitchen tidy.
- To help preserve the original floors, please no shoes indoors
- For the safety of the gusts and owners, guests must lock the doors at night and when they leave the property. Please keep the front door closed at all times
- Guests should be aware of the city's restrictions: no loud music outdoors after 10pm during the week, and after 11pm on Saturday.
- Female guests should not put feminine products in the toilet. Please use provided trash can.
- Guest should not remove makeup with bath towels, please use provided makeup wipes.
- Guests should not put food in the sink, please use provided trash can. Sink doesn’t have a garbage disposal.
- If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.

***Due to the apartment's location below the main house, there is the occasional potential for noise. Although the apartment is generally quiet, and the residents above adhere to quiet hours, it is possible to hear a reasonable level of movement or muffled voices from above. If a perfectly quiet environment, with no adjacent occupants is a must have, this space may not be a great fit for your stay.

***The apartment is not equipped with its own air conditioning system. Ventilation from the main house air conditioner flows into the apartment, which helps to maintain a comfortable temperature. Guests do not have the ability to control the temperature or frequency of the air conditioner, or request that the air conditioner settings be adjusted. The apartment does not get uncomfortably warm, even during higher than normal summer temperatures. And portable fans are available to guests at all times.

Stairway required to access entrance The front door of our townhouse is accessed via a long, outdoor flight of stairs. While this offers a charming entrance, we recommend that guests with mobility issues consider this factor before booking. Multi-floor layout Our townhouse spans across four floors, which means there are three flights of stairs from the garage to the master bedroom. It's important to note that guests should be comfortable and capable of walking up and down stairs during their stay. Small Garage Please note that our garage can accommodate sedans or small SUVs ONLY. Street Parking For larger vehicles, street parking can be found on the adjacent streets. Depending on time of day you may need to walk a bit further for a parking spot but rarely will you need to walk further than a block.

5. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
6. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
7. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
8. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Westlake is Seattle`s smallest neighborhood located on the western shore of Lake Union. Our house is located on a quiet street off of Dexter Avenue and there are two sets of stairs that will lead you down to Westlake Avenue and the lakefront. Street parking is free and usually pretty easy to find within two blocks of the house. Watch out for fire hydrants which are painted green and often easy to miss.

Westlake is Seattle`s smallest neighborhood located on the western shore of Lake Union. Our house is located on a quiet street off of Dexter Avenue and there are two sets of stairs that will lead you down to Westlake Avenue and the lakefront. Just steps away on Dexter you can find several local businesses. Lyon`s Grocery is an excellent convenience store with delicious deli sandwiches. If you like boba, Tea King is a great option. The Toledo is a unique bar that also serves amazing flatbreads. And of course there`s the Swedish Club which hosts various events throughout the week. If you enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, I would recommend the Northwest Outdoor Center.

Three public transit lines, 40, 62, and RapidRide E line, have stations on Westlake, Dexter, and Aurora respectively. If you take public transportation, I would recommend getting the Transit Go app for tickets and use your phone`s mapping app to find the best routes. If you enjoy walking (or biking), I would recommend taking a walk along the Cheshiahud trail along Lake Union toward Fremont or South Lake Union (SLU). Both are just a mile away via the trail. To get to Pike Place Market, walk to SLU and then south along Westlake Ave which has a lot of shopping and dining options. That will get you to Westlake Center at which point you can take a right on Pine street and the market will be straight ahead. Total walk to the market is about 2 miles.

- "Unit was updated and clean, quiet neighborhood, parking could be a little issue at times but it was mentioned that its street parking and was accurately described. " - "When my friends and I arrived, we were excited because the property looked just as listed, and everything looked new and clean. When we took out the extra sheets in the closet to use the fold-out couch as a bed, we noticed pubic hair on the additional sheets. We were also hesitant to use the extra blanket due to its dark color (so it was hard to inspect cleanliness). The property owner gave us new sheets the next day, but not another blanket, and did not apologize for the lack of clean sheets. We also noticed that some of the mugs in the cabinet looked dirty. It was not as much of a problem because we just used the other cups provided. Otherwise, the property manager had good communication and allowed four people at an extra charge. He was responsive to my questions before the check-in. After the sheets problem, the stay was pleasant; the neighborhood felt safe and wasn't loud. My favorite part of the unit was the bidet toilet."

We understand how important pets are to many people, but unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly due to the homeowner's allergy to animal danders/hairs. We kindly ask that you respect our policy and not book if you plan to bring an animal with you. If an unauthorized animal is found on the premises, we will kindly ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

However, please note that a $200 early check-in fee will be charged, and approval is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day. Located on historical Queen Anne hill in one of Seattle's most desirable neighborhoods, You’ll love my home because of the location, my artistic home, and fur babies. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). One bus ride to nearly everywhere you want to go!

Contemporary artsy home, safe and charming neighborhood located on Seattle's historical neighborhood. I'm one block from the bus stop that takes you directly to the Space, Chihuly Glass Museum, and downtown to Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Theater, and lots of great shopping.

The room is equipped with everything you need to be comfortable while you are away from home. Equipped with a private attached bathroom, a king size tempurpedic adjustable bed, with a built in massager, king size goose down pillows, memory foam pillows, robes, a weighted blanket, a heated mattress pad, a Keurig coffee machine fully stocked, snacks, a refrigerator, heated towel warmer, white noise machines, candles, plenty of decadent emollients, hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron, as well as a cabinet loaded with hair products.

If you prefer a more traditional, tailored, buttoned down look, where everything matches perfectly, this is not the home for you. If you lean more towards artistic and eclectic spaces, you may not want to leave.

I also have a personal guest room on the same floor as the AirBnb room which may or may not be occupied by my friends or family. The guest room also has a private bathroom so you your paths would rarely cross.

I am a dog lover and volunteer at the Seattle Animal Shelter as their Mascot, and have done so for over 15 years.

If you are bringing a pet, they do need to be crated if they are shedders, as I’ve had too many bad experiences with irresponsible pet owners. Prior to booking, please communicate with me to ensure there is no lack of misunderstanding regarding expectations.

Less than one mile from the Space Needle, nestled in the trees of Queen Anne, the window-filled Nook offers a unique perspective on being in a city. Originally built as a bomb-shelter at the end of WWII; The Nook is a quiet and serene place to land. This one bed, one bath space offers modern upgrades, a wall of windows (no longer a true bomb-shelter) with a view into a tree-filled ravine, and all the amenities you need to settle in for a relaxing stay or venture out explore the city.

The space
Tucked away behind an iconic Queen Anne Tudor home is the Nook. Follow the path down the steps and be transported to a serene ravine where you will forget you are in the middle of a city.

While it feels like you are deep in nature, the city is only minutes away. Whether it is exploring the top of Queen Anne (10 minute walk), the restaurants and shops of Fremont/Wallingford (15 minute walk) or Ballard (10 minute drive), the sights and sounds of downtown Seattle (10 minute drive), or attending a game for your favorite sports team (UW, Seahawks, Kraken, and Mariners all within 10 minute drive), the city and all it has to offer is right at your fingertips!

Inside the Nook you will find a wall full of windows that look out in the the private tree-filled ravine. Every room has a view and the space is full of nice, natural, tree-filtered light.

The bedroom has a queen bed with a Casper mattress and premium linens. Two bathrobes are provided for your comfort during the stay.

The bathroom has an efficient layout with a comfortable shower, shower amenities, and plush towels.

The living area is designed for comfort, conversation, and maximum ravine enjoyment. Enjoy a movie on the TV mounted above the fireplace or choose a book to read. During the warmer months, throw open the windows to hear the sounds of the birds outside and the swaying of the trees.

The kitchenette offers what you need for a quick meal or a convenient snack with an induction stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, speed oven/microwave, and kitchen cooking basics. Coffee is a breeze every morning with the Nespresso machine and provided coffee pods.

The scaled down kitchen is fully appointed with all basic appliances and has quartz countertops. We provide some tea and coffee to get you started, as well as salt, pepper & oil.

The dining table seats 4 people comfortably for family and friends.
In the living area, relax on the comfortable couch in front of the smart TV, which also easily converts to a queen sleeper. There is a basket of blankets and games & books on the shelves for you to enjoy.

The bathroom has a floating vanity, a sumptuous rain shower and a heated floor to keep your feet warm. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

There is also a separate washer and dryer for your convenience with complimentary cleaning pods.

Queen Anne Hill is one of Seattle's oldest neighborhoods, just up the hill from The Seattle Center (Space Needle, etc.), Belltown/Downtown, and Lake Union.

The private basement apartment is the newest part of our 1902 home. You have your own entrance on the side of the house, and we are two blocks from Queen Anne Avenue where you will find everything from daily needs accommodations to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and boutiques, kids’ store, a book store (they still exist) four banks, exercise/fitness studios, a butcher, dry cleaners, nail salons, really you could come to Seattle, never leave Queen Anne, and be perfectly content. Additionally, our neighborhood has numerous parks, post card worthy vista points and a community swimming pool all within a one mile radius of our home.

Your home away from home is just a a bus ride away from Belltown/Downtown, Pike Place Market and some great shopping at Westlake center. On your way to all three of those places, you will pass by the Seattle Center where you will find the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, The Pacific Science Center/IMAX, and so much more. The bus two blocks from our house will drop you off right at the Seattle Center in within 15 minutes. Ride sharing is abundant, and parking is easy and free.

Your accommodations include a small kitchen (stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, bowls, etc.) with refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, and keurig with a selection of coffees, tea, and hot chocolate. There is a bathroom with shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. The sleeping area has a bedroom with very comfortable double/full bed, including sheets, pillows and blankets; dining and living room; free fast Wireless Internet, cable TV. There is also an an inflatable full sized mattress accompanying linens. (If you plan to use this, let me know so that I can have extra blankets and pillows available) Street parking in front of our house is first come first take, but you should not have to park more than half a block away at the maximum. Usually you will find parking in front of the house or directly across the street.

If you are getting about without a rental car, light rail can take you from the airport to Westlake Plaza in downtown Seattle. Bus connection is on Third Avenue (a block from the Westlake light rail station) and deposits you within two blocks of our house.

Three bus routes are within 2 blocks of our house. All three will take you directly to the Seattle Center and downtown. Bike rental and ride share are abundant. Street parking is free, and pretty easy if you choose to rent a car.

Feel free to use all of the apartment. We have outfitted it for our family friends, and you to stay comfortably! We have a fully furnished kitchen, some condiments, soaps, shampoo and conditioner and towels.

Please keep shoe wearing to a minimum - it will help us keep the carpets mud leaf free.

The washer dryer is an all in one unit, so if you use it, please give yourself 3-4 hours for the cycle to complete. It is (like many aspects of this unit) compact, so you will need to do little loads.

We are looking for those who want to enjoy the comforts of home, but be on vacation. We are close to all the best parts of Seattle- 8 blocks to the Seattle Center, 2 blocks to the 3/4 Bus Line, and walking distance to Downtown, the Theater, the Opera, Ballet, Concerts at Key Arena, Yummy Restaurants and much much more! Though it is important to note we are on a hill and all the sites are down the hill (its coming hone that is tough).

The unit comes fully furnished (coffee pot!) and all everything you would need whether staying for a few nights, a week, or even a few months. Professional are also welcome to enjoy a home away from home while traveling on business or relocating for an extended period of time.

Guests have access to the entire backyard and their own private space with bedroom (queen bed), full (bathtub and shower) bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and office space. This space has a Key Pad for entry, No key is needed and each guests is provided with a unique code to entry with check in instructions.

We are happy to provide any information and guidance while in Seattle/staying at our place. Guests access the unit from the side yard. We will have as much as as little interaction as you want. We will check on you once you arrive and usually say goodbye. Then maybe see you throughout your stay. At anytime- knock on the front door for anything you need. = )

Queen Anne is one of the best places in Seattle. You can can walk to dinner, bars, and concerts. The neighbors are all very nice and this is very safe and comfortable area. Restaurants are down the hill on 5th Avenue North and Taylor Ave N. There is no need for a car- walk/bus/Uber are all the best options to get around the city. If you have a car, there is not an assigned parking spot. You can park free on the street. Most days you can park right in front or on the block.

The Bus is just 2 blocks away. The 3 and 4 come about every 15 minutes. Uber and /or Lyft are also a great way to get around, as Car to Go.

FROM THE AIRPORT! Transportation options.
1. Light Rail from airport to downtown. Cost is $3 a person. Once you get downtown you can grab a cab for about $6-8. To our place.
You can also grab the bus.
Bus will be $2.75 a person. Cash only.
Light rail is our "subway" system. It runs from airport to downtown all day long.

2. Take a Taxi from airport to our area. This will be about $45-50.
However you can look into "(URL HIDDEN) This is flat rate service to and from the airport that has to be pre booked. To our unit it is $32 plus gratuity. It is a "flat rate", which is guaranteed to be $32.

3. Take a Town car from airport to our area. This is about $75.
Uber works but only the town car option. If you want Uber X then you need to meet them in a specific area.

You can pick up Bus #3 and #4 from downtown location- Westlake Center. This is the last stop on the rail.
***However- I might recommend getting off the Light Rail 1 stop earlier at University to avoid the crazy last stop. It is much easier and hotels are right there to grab a cab from too. Or Bus #3/4 are also available right above the platform. #3/4 comes 2 blocks from us on Taylor and Prospect. Just walk up the hill 2.5 blocks! So pack ok to walk the hill. = )
Bus only takes exact change and it is $2.50 a person most of the time- during peak hours it is $2.75.

Taxi is great b/c it is door to door- but of course it is the cost.
As is Uber or other reserved car service.

A taxi will get you here much faster- about 30 min or less. Light Rail and Bus will take a good hour and a half after you get your gear- plus walking to the rail.

Getting around the city is easy and we are 1 mile away from the market and stuff. To the stadiums you can take bus/light rail. Or a cab.

Renting a car is good if you are going to explore the outer areas of Seattle. Otherwise it is best to use taxis and uber to get around, so you don't have to deal with high parking prices, finding a parking spot and parking tickets. We are in the city. To rent- always check out Costcotravel if you are a member. Best deals!

Parking is usually quite accessible. We are located on a HILL, so be careful with curbing your tires and being respectful in allowing all our neighbors to park. 3 cars can fit on the street right in front of our house.

Garbage disposal / recycling
Wednesday is our trash pick up day. Each week garbage (black can) and green waste (green can) is picked up. Every other Wednesday they will collect recycling (blue can).

Other notes
Laundry is provided. Both the washer and dryer can be used. Soap and dryer sheets are provided in the pantry to the right of laundry.

Finding the home
Queen Anne is one of the best areas in Seattle Downtown if you ask us. We absolutely love it! We live on the lower east side of QA. We can walk to dinner, the bar and concerts. Our neighbors are all very nice and we feel very safe and comfortable here. East Queen Anne is the 31st most walkable neighborhood in Seattle with a neighborhood Walk Score of 80.

Our main cross street is 5th Ave N. This is the main street directly to the Space Needle/Seattle Center. We are easily accessed from I5 using Mercer St. Hwy 99 is also an ideal way to reach out when coming South.


Transportation information

The Bus is just 2 blocks away. The #3 and #4 come about every 15 minutes. Uber and /or Lyft are also a great way to get around, as are scooters and electric bikes. Scooter share and bike share let you rent electric foot scooters and electric bikes for quick errands, trips to Link light rail, climate-friendly commute trips, and more. You rent the nearest available scooter or bike, ride it to where you want to go, and leave it responsibly parked for the next person to ride. Lime Scooter and Bike and then Bird.

BUS
You can pick up Bus #3 and #4 from Taylor Ave N and Prospect. 3 blocks away.

MONORAIL is a fun way to get downtown. You can walk down the hill to the Seattle Center and catch the monorail direct to Westlake Center. Cost is $3.50 each way.

LINK LIGHT RAIL is a great way to get to and from the airport and to both Stadiums. Fares flat rate $3. You buy tickets with cash or credit card at each station.

No Cooking Condiments Provided:
We do not supply cooking condiments. However, there are several nearby grocery stores where you can purchase everything you need.

Triple-Sheet Bedding for Hygiene:
All beds follow the hotel-standard triple-sheet method, which means we use flat sheets rather than fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures every piece of linen is freshly laundered for each guest.

Air Conditioning Available on Request:
Seattle's climate is generally temperate, even in summer. Portable air conditioning units are not set up by default but can be provided upon request during warmer days.

Additional Guest Fees:
Our nightly base rate includes up to 4 guests. For each additional guest, there is a $15 per person, per night fee. This helps cover additional utilities, supplies, and property wear. Airbnb automatically calculates this based on your entered guest count.

Pet Fee:
We welcome pets with a $150 fee per stay, per pet.

Insects During Rainy Seasons:
Being near a greenbelt and garden areas, you may notice occasional insects (e.g., ants) seeking shelter during rainy periods. Routine pest control is conducted, but please be aware this can occur.

The property is located on a quiet residential street and your *apartment* has private access to the whole main floor. 3sixtyone is conveniently located to take public transport into the center of Seattle, just a few minutes away. Whether you are staying for pleasure or work, you will be close to many tourist attractions, tech companies and hospitals.

The space
The apartment has been renovated for all your needs, yet retaining the charm of the original architecture of the home, this is a stylish and cozy space, one of few in the area that can boast air conditioning for your comfort.
The unit is conveniently laid out on one floor, there are 2 queen size bedrooms, a private deck and in home laundry. Sit out on the front porch to while the time away with a book or walk to the many coffee shops and restaurants or enjoy fresh produce from the local farmers market.

3sixtyone is a beautifully renovated craftsman style home with 9ft ceilings and large windows. In the space you will find two queen size bedrooms with Casper medium firm mattresses with memory foam support, hypoallergenic pillows. One bedroom boasts french doors opening onto your private south facing deck. The other large bedroom has a walk in closet and a desk with a lamp for your use. In both closets we provide wooden hangers and a place to store your folded clothes.

There is a large fully appointed kitchen with quartz countertops and a perfect spot for sitting to enjoy your morning coffee. We provide some tea and coffee to get you started, as well as salt, pepper & oil. There is also a full size washer and dryer and dishwasher for your convenience with complimentary cleaning pods.

The dining table seats 6 people comfortably for family and friends or you could sit in the large bay window and soak up the light.
In the living area, relax on the deep and comfortable sectional in front of the smart TV, which also easily converts to a queen sleeper. There is a basket of blankets, games in the console and books in the hidden library.

The bathroom has a double vanity with heated floor to keep your feet warm. There is a large lighted mirror with anti-fog function and a sumptuous rain shower. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. All bedding and towels are Oeko-Tex certified.

Outside, your private deck is perfect for breakfast and watching the resident hummingbirds flit around the apple trees or enjoying an evening drink with friends. The deck opens up to shared back yard where you are welcome to help yourself to the three varieties of apples if you are staying with us in season.

No bikes in the apartment, please use the shed in the back yard.

For our guest bringing children we request that you supervise your children both inside and outside the property at all times, for their safety and to prevent any potential accidents or disturbances. This will ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guest.
