We are a short walk to Brewers Stadium(.06 miles), restaurants, bars, and a park right across the street. We offer two spots for off street parking, so no worries on finding a overnight spot for your car. Apartment has just about everything you would need for a great experience. This has everything you need to make your trip awesome, just show up and enjoy. The unit is centrally located in Milwaukee. This lovely spacious 2 bedroom is nestled in one of the nicest quiet residential area directly from Wilson Park (2 min walk). Our home has a beautiful office and ample sleeping space to relax or work remotely.

The family room has comfortable sofas and a SmartTV for you to log in with your own internet-based services, like Netflix/Hulu if you wish! In the hallway closet, you will find board and card games to pass the time after a long day exploring this beautiful hidden city gem.

This Flexhome is located in the historic Pabst bottling department and features original Cream City brick and exposed columns and beams. Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine.

The space:

HVAC systems are controlled by the building`s management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year.

Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we`ve still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience.

Each bedroom includes a full size bed which is a size smaller than a typical queen size bed but can still comfortably sleep two.

The space
there is designated cabinet and fridge space if you'd like to keep some fresh food and do some simple meals here; the bathroom was completely updated recently and has extra deep tub/shower; interior and exterior of home has many nice spots to relax; lots of extra details to help you feel comfortable and nurtured.

Guest access
besides central air, each room has a small tower fan for circulation and white noise; there are essential oil diffusers available to use; lots of old school stuff: books, movies, cd's, games, coloring and puzzle books; if your stay is longer than 5 days and you need to do laundry, there is washer and dryer in basement

During your stay
I work part time and have variable hours but I can check texts or vm on breaks. I try to communicate as clearly and promptly as possible. My desire is that your stay here will be just what YOU are looking for - I can appreciate if you're wanting a little solitude and time to rest and re-group. But I'm also happy to chat and share some suggestions for local sights.

Other things to note
home is located on a corner with quiet side street ideal for parking up to 3 nights (register your plate online or call in to night parking line); if you're staying longer than that, a city night parking permit can be purchased for very modest fee

The space
The Single Rooms at El Parador all have Twin size beds, a desk and chair, space to hang clothes and keep luggage.
The rooms have been restored from the original design but still reflect the History.
The rooms are in a shared apartment with 3 rooms with up to 2 other guests sharing the space. Each room is individual and have deadbolt locks for security and privacy.
The shared areas with other guests are the Living room, Kitchen, and Bath.
In the Living Room you can relax or work in. There are chairs and a desk with office supplies (pens, papers, envelopes, scissors, etc).
The Kitchen has a dining table with a cooking area.
The Bathroom is a full Bath with a tub and sink.
The shared areas and are cleaned daily.
The beds have new cushion mattresses and are triple covered to ensure cleanliness (a vinyl full cover, a Polyester Mattress cover, and Clean Sheets and Blankets).
We also sanitize high touch surfaces with Health Department Approved Cleaners and Disinfectants. There are also cleaning supplies available for guests to use during their stay and at all sinks there are cleaning wipes and antibacterial soap.g

Guest access
Guests have private use of their room. There is a shared kitchen, bath, and living room with other guests. There is an outdoor patio available for use.

During your stay
El Parador managers are available in case help is needed during check-in.

El Parador Staff does inspect and clean common shared areas Daily, (the Living room, Kitchen, Bathroom, and doors and all other high contact surfaces).
