The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street. You will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. We will provide you that information before your stay.

Sofa and queen floor mattress can also be used for extra guests.

Our 1876 historic Italianate cream city brick building is the oldest building in the Old World 3rd S. District. Fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment with King Beds! Located on the first floor is Connie's Cafe serving breakfast and coffee. Less than 1 block to the new Fiserv Forum. Lots of fun restaurants & bars on our street that run free shuttles to Brewers games. 1/2 block from the Riverwalk. Anticipate an electric, energetic night life.
Our building has huge ceilings and some beautiful original brick walls. We installed all new flooring and all new furniture. We have one Sleeper sofa which are never going to be like a bed at the Ritz, but we did get upgraded mattress on our sleeper sofa which are so much better. Just so you know the one sleeper sofa is in the living room, it is a loft so there is one gigantic main room. The deck on the back is about 400 square feet and a great spot for hanging out with city lights or people watching during a concert or sports event at the brand new Fiserv Forum. The location could not be better for exploring the many different aspects of Milwaukee, from museums to fine dining to night life. It is a great neighborhood to walk in. If you are headed to The Brewers Stadium or the Summerfest grounds, there are three bars on the street that run shuttles there and back if you merely buy a drink, even a soft drink will do. The is a coffee shop on the first floor
This is a spacious loft unit with a huge deck on the back. It is up one flight of stairs. There are other tenants in the building but the loft and the lower back deck are yours.
You are in the heart of downtown and entertainment, however a quick uber ride can take you 6 blocks to the 3rd Ward or Marquette University. It is a 2-block walk to the Convention Center.

Our building has huge ceilings and some beautiful original brick walls. There are 2 large bedrooms down the hallway with King Beds. The deck on the back is about 400 square feet and a great spot for hanging out with city lights or people watching during a concert or sports event at the brand new Fiserv Forum. The location could not be better for exploring the many different aspects of Milwaukee, from museums to fine dining to night life. It is a great neighborhood to walk in. If you are headed to The Brewers Stadium or the Summerfest grounds, there are three bars on the street that run shuttles there and back if you merely buy a drink, even a soft drink will do. The staff at the spice shop downstairs is happy to give you advice on what to do, and if you love to cook, you will be in heaven there!
This is a spacious condo with a huge deck on the back. It is up two flights of stairs. There are other tenants in the building but the loft and the 3rd floor back deck are all yours. You may see tenants on the stairs to heading to the unit below yours as we do have another Airbnb on the 2nd floor. There is a permanent tenant in the building so we ask you be respectful of their privacy and noise levels.
You are located in the heart of Old World 3rd street with over 15 restaurants and bars. It is less than a block to the Fiserv Forum and Riverwalk. You cant ask for a better Milwaukee experience and stay than at our Airbnb.
The keys will be in a lock box right next to the down spout next to 1029 door to go up stairs

If you plan to use the gym, plan to do so during business hours when the front office can give you access. My place is next to the Fiserv Forum (300 ft away), UW Panther Arena, Old World 3rd Street Entertainment District, Milwaukee Theater, Wisconsin Convention Center, etc..
This is actually 2 condos that share a double door like adjoining hotel rooms. It becomes 2 bedrooms and 2 kitchens with plenty of space for up to 12 people. There are additionally 2 queen couches and 2 rollaway xl twins beds. Please see our other units if you are looking to book a smaller or larger space.
Our 1500 sq foot double condo is all yours for your stay. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Queen pull out couches, 2 full size roll-aways, 2.5 bathrooms, and a full kitchen make for an amazing stay. Our 13 foot ceilings and lofted master bedroom and bathroom are unique in this one of a kind downtown setting. The view of the park is amazing and we are just a half block walk to Old World 3rd Street which is full of Milwaukee's top Restaurants and downtown nightlife spots. We can comfortably sleep 8 people.
You will have complete access to your portion of the 3rd floor. This is a lofted condo with an enclosed bedroom (King Bed) with bathroom over the kitchen and a first floor Bedroom (Queen Bed) with a large living room with 2 pull out queen couches. We have 2 queen blow up mattresses so the space would then be able to sleep up to 12 to 14 people, but the comfortable number is 8 to 10 people for sleeping. You will be provided a punch code for front door access and also for your own suite.
Being a Milwaukee native and working downtown, we can give you decades of Milwaukee knowledge and experiences to enhance your trip and stay. We have connections to nearby restaurants if you would like to head out on the town. We are in the area and respond rather quickly. In most instances we can be to the unit in an hour or so. Any towels that need replacement due to theft or make up removal will be charged at $20 per towel. Any kitchen items like glassware, plates, bowls, or utensils will be replaced at a charge of $10 each. All towels and items are logged before and after a guests stay.
There is no smoking in the unit or building you must go outside the building
Our Location is a half block from Old World 3rd Entertainment District and The Deer District, which is Milwaukee's most diverse and popular restaurant and entertainment locations. There is plenty of day shopping at the Cheese Mart, Usingers, or Spice House. For dinner you have Maders, Oak Barrel, Tavern on Third, Carsons. Late night you have, Who's on 3rd, RWB, Brat House to name a few. You cannot find a place closer to the Fiserv Forum or UWM Panther Arena, they are literally next door.
There is a bus pick up a block away on the corner of Old World 3rd and state Street. There is plenty of Uber or Lyft ride service available. Also a block away at the Hyatt several taxis are usually sitting and waiting. You are within a mile of walking to a lot of what Milwaukee has to offer. The River Walk that goes up and down the river is a block away.
There isn't parking included in the stay. The best structure is located at 6th and State Street. It is very close by that you can keep your car. The parking on the street is not allowed from 3a to 6a.
We do offer a private 4 car garage for rent during your stay that is a block away. It is $40 per car per night and provide complete privacy and unlimited in and out access. IF there is a Fiserv Forum event expect to pay up to $60 for that day in the area.
There is a minimum 2 night stay during the week. We can make exceptions but will have to adjust pricing
You are on the 3rd floor, however our Condo is located in a Restaurant and Bar district and has noises outside that are associated with city life and business operations. We have found that trash pick up on Mondays can happen between 6am and 8am along with deliveries throughout the day. We have provided sound machines, fans, and ear plugs for those who are light sleepers or accustom to complete silence.

Please be accurate in your attendance numbers to ensure proper towels and linens and cots provided.
You will have the entire condo. We do not reside there. We will be available for help and in most cases can be on premises in less than 30 minutes.
Our team is remotely available to help and in certain circumstances be there in an hour or so to help. We like to respect your privacy and have made your check in and check out process as hands off as possible. You will be sent codes around 3pm the day of your stay to get into your unit. Uber and Taxis are readily available. There are several hotels nearby that have taxi stands. The Riverwalk is a block away and gives you walking access to several downtown neighborhoods.
There is one free parking space for this condo. It is located in the parking structure that touches the building to the North. There is a 25 foot walk from the parking structure to the front door of the complex. The pass that is needed for parking will be in the condo when you arrive, you do need it to park there and to leave.

One parking space included at The Brewery Parking Structure a few blocks away. If you need additional parking, it is $20/day, but may raise if there are events going on (paid by yourself there). We will send check in instructions on how to access the garage before your stay.

The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street. You will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. We will provide you that information before your stay.

Sofa and queen floor mattress can also be used for extra guests.

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

Picture is deceiving in "living room" as kitchen is part of that room and very small. 2nd bedroom was tiny - barely got a bed in the space requiring one to crawl in as minimal space on 1 side and other against the wall. We had requested an early check-in more than willing to pay the extra charge and was told they had tight turn arounds and not sure if possible. Given that situation- we assumed it would be clean and it was so not clean- kitchen toaster was sticky with finger prints all over it, dish soap had been diluted so that it was to dilute for actually washing the dishes, main bathroom mirror had toothbrush spray all over it, floor had not been mopped with hair in the tub, main bedroom sheets not changed as wrinkled with pubic hairs in it, half bath toilet had a toilet ring in it like it had sat unused/ uncleaned for a long time and spilled water on the kitchen floor when wiped up paper towel was black. Really need to improve the cleaning service or at least do random checks to ensure it is getting done. The space worked for what we had planned but not sure if I would stay again. "

We walked in to a very clean apartment that smelled nice. Everything was as described and the checkin process was excellent. Recommend dropping bags off prior to parking! The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street. You will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. We will provide you that information before your stay.

Sofa and queen floor mattress can also be used for extra guests.
