The entire city is walkable and we always suggest taking an airboat ride, swamp buggy ride or going for a guided fishing or kayaking trip while you are in town.

Distinct from other houses on the island - We are located on the NORTH POINT of Pleasure Island at Club Everglades. Our home boasts a FULL WRAP-AROUND, SCREENED PORCH AND YARD for fishing from the point. The house offers PRIVACY not found anywhere else on the island. We use pillow protectors on our pillows. Pillow protectors, sheets, pillowcases, blankets and bedspreads are all white for guests and bleached and washed in hot water for each visit.

We have never had a problem with the WIFI. We work from there at times and have not had an issue with internet. It is a small Island, surrounded by water, so if you use multi devices it may possibly be an issue to your service.

If you like outdoor space, this is it! Watch the fish jump from the LARGE wrap around screened in deck. Better yet, grab your fishing rod! Use of the boat ramp located at marina is included. There is room under the Villa to store a small boat and park your car. Also located on the property is an area to clean your boat and fish.
There is also a ramp on property to launch a canoe or kayak. Located next to the Villa's is the local grocery store and Pizza restaurant.

The Villa has updated wood look flooring throughout the main living area. The bedroom has a King bed and new carpet installed in 2025, sliding doors for easy access out to the deck. Both bedroom and living room have a flat screen TV with cable. The living room TV is a smart TV. You can log into your account to watch Netflix, Prime and other available choices. Some games and books are also kept there for your use. Washer/dryer located in the storage room down below.
The outdoor screened patio has a high top with two bar stools, two chairs with ottomans to sit and relax and 2 gravity chairs. It's a great place to relax with a book, cocktail or sip your morning coffee. There is also a door off the kitchen leading out to the screened patio. It has cathedral ceilings, BBQ, table with chairs to enjoy your outdoor meals. Picture do not always reflect updates to decor.
