We use pillow protectors on our pillows. Pillow protectors, sheets, pillowcases, blankets and bedspreads are all white for guests and bleached and washed in hot water for each visit.

We have never had a problem with the WIFI. We work from there at times and have not had an issue with internet. It is a small Island, surrounded by water, so if you use multi devices it may possibly be an issue to your service.

There is also a ramp on property to launch a canoe or kayak. Located next to the Villa's is the local grocery store and Pizza restaurant.

The Villa has updated wood look flooring throughout the main living area. The bedroom has a King bed and new carpet installed in 2025, sliding doors for easy access out to the deck. Both bedroom and living room have a flat screen TV with cable. The living room TV is a smart TV. You can log into your account to watch Netflix, Prime and other available choices. Some games and books are also kept there for your use. Washer/dryer located in the storage room down below.
The outdoor screened patio has a high top with two bar stools, two chairs with ottomans to sit and relax and 2 gravity chairs. It's a great place to relax with a book, cocktail or sip your morning coffee. There is also a door off the kitchen leading out to the screened patio. It has cathedral ceilings, BBQ, table with chairs to enjoy your outdoor meals. Picture do not always reflect updates to decor.

-Please note that stairs are required for use of the property. The main floor of both the main house and the pool house are located on the second level of the home. There is no elevator.

-A washer and dryer in the main house make it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

- "We brought our 3 children (18 mos, 6 years and 10 years) and family friends who are avid fishermen. The house, location and host were all amazing. Lostman's Lodge is perfect for kids and adults who love to fish. The pool and hot tub were wonderful (the pool is huge). The dock is large and the kids made memories of a lifetime fishing from it every night for hours. The house is beautiful and comfortable (the kids loved their loft for sleeping). The guesthouse is also big and comfortable if anyone desires privacy. The location is at the mouth of the Barron River- its the best spot I've stayed in Everglades City (I've been coming for 30 years). The host was gracious and helpful as to where to fish and explore. We cannot wait to go back."

- "Great" - "Very easy to deal with management." - "Being so close to the Everglades provided us with a wonderful jumping off point for many adventures. We drove back roads looking for snakes and gators, and even saw a Florida panther on a preserve! My only tiny complaint was that the pool was not available to us as "suite guests". I'm sure it's a COVID rule, but that was a little bit disappointing. Everything else was great, and the pool not being available wouldn't have changed my mind about staying there."

Tropical Island Living for those wanting to get away from the crowd. Dock your boat right at your front door. The Snook and Tarpon Capital of the World for the fisherman. Nature lover's dream come true with Eagles, Manatees, Panthers, Gators, Mangrove Trees and Cypress Trees everywhere. The best Air Boat rides and wild animals are at Wootens Tours. The Island Manager can refer rental boats, kayaks, shelling and tours. Call Island Manger's phone (239-289-9578) for ferry boat access. See other important additional information below.

Guest Parking at dock and a five minute Ferry Boat ride to Club Everglades. Club House has a heated pool, giant TV, computer and exercise equipment. Boat trailer parking for the fisherman 2 blocks away. The normal Ferry Boat schedule is on demand with Island Manager from 8AM to 9PM daily. Other times can be scheduled with the Captain who lives on the island at Club Everglades. There is no cost to my guests for the Ferry Boat rides during normal hours and a reasonable tip to the Captain for after hour service as expected.

This 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment located in Everglades City is clean, simple, and comfortable. It is perfectly located to explore Everglades National Park as well as other preserves and wildlife refuges in southwest Florida. Everglades City is a tiny little town literally at the end of the road on the West coast of Florida, approximately 45 minutes from Marco Island and Naples.

The space
You will be staying in a private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family property.

There is a queen size bed in the separate bedroom and a spacious full bathroom with shower/ tub. All linens are provided.

The living / dining / kitchen area has high ceilings and big sliding glass doors that you can open to let in tropical breezes. Or just open the curtains to enjoy the Florida sunshine and amazing sunsets in air conditioned comfort. The kitchen is equipped with basic plates, pots/ pans and utensils so you can cook your own meals. Or you can walk to several local restaurants.

During your stay you will have access to wireless internet. There is a TV in the unit, with Netflix, Amazon, and basic cable.

Although we are on the water, there are no swimming beaches in Everglades City. The closest beaches are on Marco and in Naples, about 45 minutes from Everglades City.

Once you book your reservation, make sure you follow the directions to the house posted on Airbnb. Some navigation systems will take you to the wrong house! The Ten Thousand Islands are a labyrinth of water and mangroves. The islands harbor an abundance of life, and the shallows serve as nursery grounds for countless marine species. Boaters should be mindful of the depth of the water, as shallows are common. Finding your way through this area of the park can be difficult, and it is strongly recommended that visitors reference NOAA Charts #11430 and 11432 to assist them.

Those looking for some places to explore in the area may want to
consider Turner River, Halfway Creek, Sandfly Island, or the East

However the island has a full time manager to help you get back and forth to the main land, and it’s less then a 2 minute ride on the ferry boat that is provided. Board your boat from the dock and spend the day fishing, bird watching, dolphin/sea turtle viewing, shelling, etc. Return to the dock, clean your fish at the cleaning station, cool off in the pool and then enjoy a cocktail on your porch while watching the tarpon roll and your fresh catch cooks. It’s paradise!

You’ll find wide open spaces in this updated 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath cottage. The open concept layout allows for the family to spread out and get comfortable. Everything you need is already here.

Kitchen: You’ll feel right at home cooking your fresh catch with plenty of counter space and storage. Preparing meals and laying out grazing options will be a breeze. Everything you will need is stocked. Pots, pans, utensils, toaster, blender and traditional coffee maker, tea pot. Even condiments and spices. The Dining table can accommodate 6 comfortably with a 7th chair available. There is also room for 3 at the bar top.

Living Room: Two full size sofas, 2 comfortable chairs and an ottoman are a great gathering place to tell your fish stories. The built in entertainment center houses a tv with access to streaming services, surround sound system and a fireplace. Pull out bed in sofa with extra sheets and blankets.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy the peace and quiet available in Everglades City from the king size bed in the master suite. A closet is available for your belongings. As well as 2 night stands and a dresser. The en suite is equipped with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

Guest Bedroom: Whether you’re bringing the kids, grandkids or your fishing buddies the 2 full size beds can accommodate them. There is an attached bathroom with dual sinks and a walk- in shower.

A half bath just off of the main living area provides convenience to everyone without needing access through a bedroom.

Island: There are 2 docks available for boat docking and access to the island. The south dock has a tiki hut, swing and sitting area. This is also a popular place for fishing. Snook and tarpon are often caught from the south dock.

Pool: Located at the clubhouse and surrounded by a large deck. Loungers and chairs surround the pool. On the west side of the deck are 2 dining tables for lunch or dinner by the pool.

Clubhouse: Inside you’ll find workout equipment, restrooms, kitchen and dining space, a lounge and TV. Wifi is available.

Sunrise and sunset are spectacular here!

Please be aware if you have mobility issues that all of the buildings on the island are elevated and stairs are required.

There is a $150 Boat Dock Fee due upon arrival if you are bringing a boat.

Shuttle Boat runs from 8am-8pm M-Thur and 8am-8pm Fri-Sun.

The cabin is located on a private island. It has 2 large 120 ft Long floating boating docks available to guests or owners at first come first serve basic. There is a complimentary ferry that is available from 8 am to 8 pm that takes guests from the mainland to the island.

For guests arriving with their own boats, there is $150 separate fee to cover the deck maintenance and utilities such as Water and Electric.

Please note the guests are subject to a background check admin fee of $150 paid separately to the property management company. A brief application/ form with copies of IDs will have to be completed prior to your arrival.

The space
This is a two-story home. The first floor includes a storage room where you will find bicycles, a kayak and fishing gear for your use (we ask that you leave these items in the condition you find them). You'll also have room to park two orthree vehicles below two separate covered porches. Towards the back you'll find an 80 foot deck overlooking the bay along with a cleaning station, in the event that you catch fish! The second floor is an open-concept home with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and includes an 80 foot screened-in porch overlooking the bay!

Two-vehicle limit: A maximum of two vehicles are allowed. No Exceptions. RVs, campers, boats, and trailers are not permitted and will be towed at the tenant's expense. Any additional vehicles must be parked off-site at an approved facility. Private Dock: The dock is for pedestrian use, kayaks, canoes, and general leisure. Boats or skiffs are not allowed to dock at the private dock behind the house.

Amenities: Lawn chairs, bicycles, kayaks, a bar, darts, and a BBQ grill are available in the downstairs storage room (use at your own risk). When using the grill, please ensure it’s used in the open air and never under a structure. Kindly clean and tidy up after using any of the amenities.

Swimming: Strictly prohibited.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Never leave children unattended.

Kitchen: Feel free to use the kitchen and its appliances, but please clean up after yourself. Limit food and beverages to the kitchen, dining area, or the bar area downstairs. No food or drinks in the bedrooms.

Noise: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially in the late evening and early morning. No loud parties or gatherings are allowed to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Smoking: No smoking or the use of candles inside the house. Additional cleaning fees will apply if smoking or candles are used.

Pets: No pets allowed, with no exceptions.

Property Care: If any damage or malfunction occurs during your stay, please report it immediately. If you need any assistance or have any urgent concerns, feel free to contact us.

Respecting the Neighbors & Environment We ask that you respect our neighbors and the natural beauty of the Everglades during your stay. This is a quiet, peaceful area, and we want to maintain a harmonious environment for everyone.

Help us preserve it by avoiding any activity that could harm the environment, including unnecessary waste or damage to local plants and animals. Make sure you bring your cameras - for the wildlife and nature-scenes are breathtaking! You’re likely to see an array of animals from the dock including birds, dolphins, manatees, fish, crabs, alligators, crocodiles, and sharks. Located in Everglades City along the Barron River, Everglades Isle is a luxury motorcoach resort offering offering first-class amenities including a resort-style pool and tropical sun deck, 74 boat slips on the Barron River, boat and golf cart rentals, and more! For the first time ever, Everglades Isle is welcoming non-RVers with the addition of two brand new riverfront villas!

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is available year-round, so join us this summer, in our off-season, to have the resort to yourself and enjoy our beautiful pool and other resort amenities!

Or, if you prefer a relaxed, but more social setting, join us from November through April to create memories with our Motorcoach Retreat owners and guests. From world-class fishing to weekend Bloody Mary and Mimosa bars, clubhouse bingo, and pickleball (coming soon!), our adult-centered resort offers something to please everyone’s inner child.

We have parking for 6+ cars and a carport for your boat or kayak trailer. You can also have access to a dock with a lift upon request.

All beds have extremely comfortable mattresses and smooth bamboo sheets that let you sleep like you are at home.

The space
This home is designed to give full relaxation each day. Sportsmen and nature enthusiast can take full advantage of the property and surroundings. Whether you want to sit on one of the decks and watch the wildlife or relax by the pool, you will feel right at home.

The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook your days catch or make your favorite dessert while on vacation.

The property is laid out with ample sleeping space.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a master suite on the 2nd floor.
Downstairs bedroom 1 has two bunk beds sleeping 4.
The second and third downstairs bedroom have queen beds.
The upstairs suite has two queen beds.

Guest access
To experience the Island, it's best to have a vehicle. There are also scooter rentals within walking distance which make for a fun afternoon. The entire city is walkable and we always suggest taking an airboat ride, swamp buggy ride or going for a guided fishing or kayaking trip while you are in town.

The space
Main House:
Step into the spacious main house featuring two elegant bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king bed. The primary bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom is just steps away from the hall bathroom. Ascend the staircase to discover an inviting loft area with two twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests and a perfect space for children to play.

Pool House:
Adjacent to the main house, the pool house is a cozy studio-style retreat, complete with a queen bed and a queen pull-out couch, ideal for additional guests seeking privacy. The suite also features a full kitchen. A well-appointed bathroom provides all the comforts of home.

Outdoor Areas:
Enjoy the screened-in pool and hot tub area, providing a peaceful oasis for relaxation. The screened-in outdoor space beneath the main house is perfect for gathering and entertaining, equipped with an outdoor fridge, ice maker, and a half bathroom. Take advantage of the outdoor gas grill for delicious cookouts.

Guest access
Guests have full access to both the main house and the pool house, ensuring everyone can spread out and find their own comfortable space.

Other things to note
-Please note that stairs are required for use of the property. The main floor of both the main house and the pool house are located on the second level of the home. There is no elevator.
-No smoking allowed inside the property.
-No parties or events are permitted on the premises.
-Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at Lostman's Lodge.
-A washer and dryer in the main house make it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.
-Our calendar is only open 180 days in advance - if you do not see the dates you are interested in and it is more than 6 months out the dates will be available for booking and just do not show on the calendar yet.
