There are about a dozen steps to this second floor unit but they are well lit and very solid steps There's a nice deck and backyard as well. It's just what we needed after a long flight to LaGuardia. He also didn't get my messages until a couple of days later, and blamed it on problems with the app. My husband and I were there for his medical procedure, and only stayed at the property for 1 day. We went out to Long Island the rest of the week. The host was unwilling to give us a partial or full refund. Whenever the host tried to contact me, he never left a message. Not the best experience for us. If possible we would.like some or all of our money back."

There’s no access to the backyard but there are parks and hiking trails nearby.

If you’re quite tall (5’11+) it may be uncomfortable for you once you step into the living space. There’s a 6” difference once you step into the kitchenette and bed area.

Our home is RESIDENTIAL, and we have neighbors, so we ask that you keep noise down to a minimum after 11p and ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. The LIRR train station is 3 minute walk and only 2 blocks away.
