This newly renovated 1920's Colonial with original antique floors has all the modern conveniences today's families expect for their Cape Cod Summer vacation. This home is in pristine condition with brand new fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops and stainless appliances, first floor laundry, and brand new furnishings. We provide all bed linens and bath towels. This home is within walking distance of Hyannis Main Street shopping and dining, with a multitude of amazing restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The marina and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard are within walking distance. Five minute drive to area beaches (Kalmus, Veterans Park, Orrin Keyes, Craigville) with a free complimentary parking pass for one car for all 18 beaches in Barnstable. Only a short walk to enjoy a summer ball game at the famous Cape Code Baseball League's Hyannis Harbor Hawks field. Or enjoy a nice, Cape Cod summer barbecue on the fully furnished patio in the privacy of the backyard. There is a small cottage on the property that may or may not be occupied during your stay behind the main house. - "This property was perfect for our family of four's weeklong trip to the Cape. Everything exceeded our expectations. The home is exceptionally clean and well stocked (it makes a difference when things like toilet paper, laundry supplies, ample towels and linens are provided.) We had plenty of space to spread out and even host two additional family members for a few days. Brandon responded promptly to any and all questions. The house is decorated with coastal charm, and the private backyard and landscaping are beautifully manicured. The outdoor shower was one of the nicest we've encountered at a beach house. The grill worked great, and the fire pit was a hit for making s'mores. But the biggest plus by far is the location. The street is perfectly quiet and residential, but you can walk EVERYWHERE from the property. All the Main Street restaurants and shops are less than a five minute walk. (Bonus tip: Tasty Krab has karaoke on Sunday and Fresh Ketch on Friday and Saturday--both within super quick walking distance!) The ferry is less than a mile down the road, and the local ball park is just around the corner. (The kiddos had no problem walking to both.) We visited two of the Barnstable beaches using the included parking pass, which was perfect. Overall, this property was a fabulous value, similar in price to the Main Street hotels but with far more space and amenities and a quiet, private location to boot. Would highly recommend for families of four or five."

Cellar - washer and dryer. Plenty of off street parking. Walk 1/2 of a mile to the family oriented beach or 1/2 of a mile to Main Street shopping, dining and night life. A little over a mile and you can be by the docks jumping a boat to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard or a fabulous show at the Melody Tent.

-The pool gate must be kept closed, except to enter and exit, and locked at all times the pool is not in use.
-No person under the age of sixteen is allowed to swim or occupy the pool area unless accompanied by an adult over twenty-one.
-Boisterous activities or noise considered by other owners, renters, or guests to be annoying or dangerous are prohibited. Further, no group can monopolize use of the pool.
-Playing of amplified music is not permitted.

-All swimmers must wear swimming attire, including waterproof diapers, if needed.

The marina and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard are within walking distance. Five minute drive to area beaches (Kalmus, Veterans Park, Orrin Keyes, Craigville) with a free complimentary parking pass for one car for all 18 beaches in Barnstable. Only a short walk to enjoy a summer ball game at the famous Cape Code Baseball League's Hyannis Harbor Hawks field. Or enjoy a nice, Cape Cod summer barbecue on the fully furnished patio in the privacy of the backyard. - "A lovely quiet place with walkable access to the beaches in Hyannisport. Live history by walking by the Kennedy Compound, and the stunning homes and personalities of the neighborhood. Walk or bike into town (20 minutes walking 10-biking) or to the ferries to Nantucket or the Vineyard. Awesome Stay !!!" - "This was a perfect studio room for a couple or one person. The room is 16 x 14 feet plus a bathroom and a closet. Plenty of space. The kitchen has a small oven, stove, large microwave, and small fridge with working freezer. You can easily cook in and eat at the dine-in kitchen table. I used my own firestick instead of the Roku TV but it does have the basic channels. The remotes had old batteries so I replaced them all, which improved their use substantially. There are two types of coffee makers. A regular drip and a Keurig. However, you need to get your own Keurig cups. I left some filters for the drip. Or bring a funnel to make one cup. I do think that the cleaning could have been slightly better (lots of dusts in corners and some of the drawers had crumbs in them) or maybe I am just picky because the price of cleaning is more than the room per night during off season. I don't trust the whole clean the dishes before you go and just cleaned everything before I used it (no dishwasher) but that was my choice. I would do that anywhere. You can walk left or right on Gosnold and reach a beautiful beach. The one to the right has a Osprey nest. You can also walk to Main Street, Hyannis but it is a long way. There is a convenience store up Sea Street across from the graveyard. Ice, batteries, water. But I recommend driving to Trader Joe's for all the food needs. The neighbors and guests in the condo area were friendly. The front deck is directly in the sun and perfect for a small get-together. I didn't use the grill. There's a cushion in the drawers to use on the swing-bench. This was perfect for a quick get-away and I'd rent it again. My only complaints are that the lighting was challenging, there were no hot pads (and only one dish towel), and the toaster handle falls off. Otherwise, fantastic."

With two cozy bedrooms and one stylish bathroom, our home is perfect for small families, couples, or a group of friends. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day exploring the Cape.

You can stay cool in the summer heat with our newly installed air conditioning system, and our well-equipped kitchen comes with a Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary appliances to prepare your favorite meals. The house has washer and dryer on premises, so pack light!

We have plenty of indoor and outdoor activities available for you to enjoy during your stay, including board games for kids, outdoor games, and a fire pit for gathering around.

In addition to our amenities, we also offer an EV charger, making it easy for our environmentally conscious guests to recharge their electric vehicles during their stay.

-We do not manage the pool, therefore we are not responsible its availability, hours, and closures.
-The anticipated open date for the pool is June 22 (subject to change and availability).
-Hours and availability vary (typically 11am to 6pm), depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing. Stop by the pool and see the staff to verify availability. Hours change to 12pm to 6 pm on 9/1/25.
-Pool closes for the season on September 15, 2025.
-Rules and regulations are posted in the pool area.
-The pool gate must be kept closed, except to enter and exit, and locked at all times the pool is not in use.
-No person under the age of sixteen is allowed to swim or occupy the pool area unless accompanied by an adult over twenty-one.
-Boisterous activities or noise considered by other owners, renters, or guests to be annoying or dangerous are prohibited. Further, no group can monopolize use of the pool.
-Playing of amplified music is not permitted.
-No glass is allowed in the pool area. Food and non-alcoholic beverages in unbreakable containers are permitted.
-All swimmers must wear swimming attire, including waterproof diapers, if needed.
-Pets are not allowed in the pool enclosure at any time.
-Floats are prohibited except for “noodles” and personal flotation devices (life jackets) for children. Safe use of toys no larger than 1 sq.ft. is the responsibility of parents. Use of toys must not interfere with the enjoyment of all.

This cottage overlooks a tidal estuary and it is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along the tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute stroll. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.

This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management, linen service, and beach chairs. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 21 to August 30. 2-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 21 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between August 30 and October 30 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).

This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.

This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management, linen service, and beach chairs. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 21 to August 30. 2-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 21 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between August 30 and October 30 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).

Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre peninsula studded with pine trees, with a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannis Port, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound. If you follow of our footpath to the beach, there are also sidewalks on Ocean Ave and Sea Street that go all the way to historic Main Street in Hyannis.

In fact, Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance.

Hyannis is considered to be "The Capital" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts.

There are so many things to do right here in Hyannis... but if you're staying for a few days this is a great place to use as a home-base for day trips to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Provincetown, Boston, etc.

There are 2 different Companies that service Ferries to the Islands... Island Ferries are a 5 or 10 minute walk from the back door... You can go to their Websites to see their schedules and to book tickets in advance. I always recommend booking in advance because they are known to sell-out at times... Here are the Ferry Companies:

1. Steamship Authority: 141 School St....2 blocks away.
2. Hy-Line: 138 Ocean St.... another 3 or 4 blocks from there.

Your room is nicely decorated, private, large, with a beautiful brass queen bed. 3 full windows. TV with Netflix, HuluPlus, HBO, MLB, NHL. Backyard and patio is available - just added 2 new Chaise Longues to lie in the sun or the shade... You can also have breakfast there in the sun or shade... or hang out with a cooler of ice and your favorite beverages in the afternoon/evening. Parking is included (one car per room - for the time of your stay only).

Best location of any Airbnb in Hyannis for taking the Ferry to the Islands... Put bikes on the Ferry and explore Nantucket or the Vineyard.
Avoid traffic jams:
You can bike, walk, drive or use the local trolleys and buses to see the Hyannis or the rest of the Cape & Islands: bicycles are included - no extra charge... Ride around town, to the beach... Eat-in kitchen and parlor room downstairs that is also available during the day. Here you can set up your laptop, hang out, make coffee or tea, use the fridge, freezer, microwave (but no full meal cooking).

During your stay
I live on the premises. Breakfast - toast & jam, or bagel, cereal, fruit, juice, excellent COFFEE or tea... You'll see might me in the morning and maybe again in the afternoon or evenings... I am a life-long Cape Codder, and I will gladly help with ideas for making your Cape Cod experience be interesting and hassle-free. I can help with any of your questions or concerns you may have about the Upper Cape, Lower Cape, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown, etc. ... Other things to note
With Main St. and Hyannis Harbor within 2 blocks, you could have a lot of fun and relaxation just hanging around locally. But if you're staying a few days and feeling adventurous, you could venture out to see other parts of the Cape or Islands. Just hop on a ferry to an island or a bus to P-Town... or take a drive down the Cape to Chatham, Nauset Beach, Welfleet, Truro... or in the other direction - Falmouth, Woods Hole, etc.

The space
I have put my heart and soul into my home so that I may be able to share it with my guests. The entire second floor of my home is completely devoted to you and completely private.

You will have the whole second floor to yourself. I would call it an apartment but I do not have a stove. I do, however. have a microwave!

My home was built in 1948 so the ceiling heights are seven feet tall. Parts of the second floor ceilings are sloped like a loft. This adds to the character and charm. It is absolutely adorable!

Note: It may be challenging for those 6 feet and taller.

There are 11 stairs to the second level. The stairs may appear a little steep. My home is filled with 1940s charm. The size of the treads were smaller back in the day so if you require a grand staircase then this unique space would not suite your expectations.

There is a full bathroom with average height ceilings, a standard shower stall. It is not grand but it does the trick!

You'll have a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and a 3.5 Cu.Ft compact mini fridge with a small freezer that includes removable shelves and vegetable drawer.

Utensils, (silver & plastic) can opener, bottle opener, wine opener, scissors, carving knife, plates, bowls, mixing bowl, measuring cups, coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses as well as plastic cups, paper plates, paper towels, and napkins.

Included in your stay is complimentary coffee and/or tea, cream, sugar, and bottle water.

I also offer beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler FREE to use so you can pack a little lighter for your vacation!

Our Deluxe Studio features a queen bed and a sofa sleeper along with a full kitchen that is equipped with everything you need. It also has a shower/bath, balcony or patio, cable TV, in-room Wi-Fi, and a table with chairs for work or dining. Perfect retreat for a couple and a couple with a young kid.

The unit is located inside a converted 1960's motel so that should give you an idea of the overall style and atmosphere of the place.
