- "Upon arrival at this building the place looked dirty and unpleasant to me. When entering the room according to my stay the garage door would be available, but for some mysterious reason it was not. The middle bedroom bed frame was broken, that it could not be used to sleep. I reported the issue but was never addressed. Due to this issue some of my family members ended up sleeping on the couch and floor. The corridors inside the building smelled bad and the elevator sounded like it was falling apart. I personally would not be coming back here and bring my family again just so they can complain and laugh at me for wasting my money. "

Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for unruly events or parties.

In 2021 I gut renovated my 103 year old East Hollywood home to bring you The EaHo Eco Home. I strive to keep my listing economical for my guests and eco-friendly for the planet.

My solar powered home is in a Transit Oriented Community (TOC) which means you can get around this area without a car.

I rent out the guest suite in the back half of my house which has a private entrance & furnished outdoor space.

I’ve been on Airbnb for 10+ years with over 100 five star reviews. I love doing this.

The space
I believe in having a small carbon footprint so I rent out the guest suite in the back of my small, hypoallergenic, eco-friendly home. I mostly use natural cleaning products (like natural cleaners from Costco, Trader Joe’s or Target), have solar panels, don’t use any artificial fragrances (just tea tree oil), and am a vegetarian. I allow outdoor cannabis use at my house and just ask that you keep it down between 11p-7a.

There is a private entrance and total separation between the front half & back half. The room is small but clean & new with a good sized, furnished outdoor space as well.

There is a mini fridge and dishes, but no kitchen. Free shared tandem parking in the driveway.

**The air conditioning is set for the entire house and cannot be controlled from the guest suite. The room is naturally cooler and there’s a Dyson Pure Hot + Cool fan/heater in there as well but the AC temperature is set to auto mode which is 77 degrees. That may sound warm to some but Southern California is very dry/not humid so it’s a comfortable temperature here**

Beautiful Room in a clean apartment. Comes with a private patio with the Hollywood Skyline view. The room has no door but a black curtain instead as seen on pictures (please examine pics) and that is why it's so affordable. But it's a great room for the situation and can be quite enjoyable.
